The only good thing was the AC worked.
Pros:

It was located near the events i attended

Cons:

The jacuzzi was dirty and partially broken, the elevator took way too long, the rooms were stained and dirty. The bathrooms were not cleaned well.

I will never book here again.
Pros:

The bathroom was dirty, no one cleaned the tub out. The tube was chipping all over. The ceiling in the restroom was dirty, the shower curtain. The toilet had not been wiped down or nothing.

Cons:

No one cleaned the room. The room was very dirty and it smelled really bad.

Awesome, comfortable, friendly staff.
Pros:

I liked that the room had microwave and fridge. We normally stay on strip. We will make this our normal place to stay going forward.

Hotel review
Pros:

The place is in a new community, it’s in Cascade valley NW LV, quite far from the strip @ least 15 mi. This place is quite friendly to family and also pet friendly. The room we stayed in was perfect for couple 2 beds & bathroom was spacious and disability equipped which I think it’s standard for this place. The cost of stay is reasonable and affordable there’s no resort fee which is standard in the strip.
Our experience is quite delightful they offered free breakfast.

Another comfortable stay at La Quinta.
Pros:

Always a clean and comfortable room, with good air conditioning in the heat of the summer months. The breakfast selection was very good too.

Cons:

Only my personal opinion, but I did not care for the air freshener, or whatever it was, in the lobby area. It was a musky, tobacco-like smell, which is not my favorite. Others might disagree.
