Cons:

Apartment was sparsly furnished. Not even salt and pepper provided. Missed another table in the living room. Balcony floor boards had gaps so anything from the above balcony would have fallen onto our plates. Switches in the hallway not marked or lightened so we accidentally rung neighbours bell instead of switching on hallway lights. Upon check out no mentioning of outstanding Kurtaxes. Not resolved to this moment. Garage too small for our van although confirmed it would fit our rental vehicle.

Jeder Zeit wieder
Pros:

Ein super tolles Frühstück. Ist kaum zu überbieten.
Die Unterkunft ist in Nähe zum Wasser.
Die Zimmer waren okay, nur die Bäder (Duschen) bedürfen einer Generalüberholung.
Ansonsten war alles super.

Ultimate hotel to stay in Binz with delicious breakfast
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, excellent breakfast, super spacious rooms, super comfy beds and close to one of the beautiful Binz beach. Hotel is located to close to main train station and also quite close to public transport. Travelling to other places like Sellin, Prora, Sassnitz was quite easy. Staff was super helpful and nice. Another plus thing was it has elevator. Ambience of restaurant is awesome.

Cons:

You have to register at another building prior to checkin and also breakfast is served at same place. But it was manageable. No complains just mentioning here.

Wir kommen gern wieder
Pros:

Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Frühstück war zwar außer Haus aber trotzdem schnell zu erreichen. Frühstücksqualität war sehr gut, vielfältig und lecker. Das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen nahe der Strandpromenade. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien. Frühstück gab es in einem Nachbargebäude und war sehr gut. Eine große Auswahl und sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist nicht so gut. Die Parkzeit an der Straße vor der Unterkunft ist begrenzt. Dauerhaftes Parken ist in anderen Straßen kostenpflichtig möglich.

Die Direkte Strandlage und die Tiefgarage

Das man nicht vorher erfahren hat, das man sich in einem anderen hotel anmelden muss.
Die Frühstücks Organisation, reinste Katastrophe.

Cons:

In der Dusche sind die Fugen schimmelig. Bettedeckenbezug war nicht sauber ( gelber großer Fleck).

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist super man muss nicht weit laufen zum Strand, weil es gleich an der Promenade ist.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war mal besser.
Der Eigentümer sollte mal Geld nehmen auch für Reparaturen oder Modernisierung der Immobilie

Pancake-Maschine zum Frühstück, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, super Lage und sogar leichte Sicht aufs Meer

Cons:

Balkon: Schraube war Lose und der Grünbelag müsste entfernt werden sowie das Weiß gestrichen & Strandkorb müsste mal gereinigt werden

Der Empfang war sehr nett und freundlich, das Frühstück war super.

Cons:

Die Reinigung der Ferienwohnung wurde schlecht oder gar nicht durchgeführt. Man hatte den Eindruck das sie keine Lust zum Arbeiten hatten. Die Ferienwohnung war mit einem Teppich ausgestattet, da hätte man täglich saugen müssen.

Zimmer groß genug, tolle große Terrasse/Balkon, Betten bequem und ein sehr gutes Frühstück hat unseren Aufenthalt ab

Die Nähe zum Strand und Promenade nur ein Katzensprung, direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer, die Dusche müsste dringend neu verfugt werden, nach dem Duschen stand das Bad unter Wasser.
Ein etwas unangenehmer Geruch beim Eintreten ins Appartement, nachdem die Fenster zum Lüften geöffnet waren, trat der Geruch nicht mehr auf.
