Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming! They made both check-in and check-out easy, gave us some amazing recommendations, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure their guests had a great stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and a well stocked mini fridge. Everything was clean and well maintained, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The towels were the only thing where we could see room for improvement. On the first day the towels provided were full sized and perfect, but on the subsequent days they were significantly smaller and could be used only as body towels (both me and my companion are petite women).

Mi è piaciuta la gentilezza e la cortesia del personale sia di quello della reception che di quello addetto alle colazioni.

Cons:

Mia moglie necessita di alimenti gluten free. Per la colazione oltre al pane e alle fette biscottate sarebbe bene fornire anche dei biscotti e delle brioches.

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut sowohl die Lage. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Teresiano Borgo alles zu Fuß erreichbar, wirklich toll. Das personal freundlich und zuvorkommen.

Cons:

Das einzige was nicht so toll war, wenn man das Fenster aufmacht ist es sehr laut vom Strassenverkehr aber es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer man müsste das Fenster nicht aufmachen.

Habitacion muy amplia con muchso detalles de servicio y la atención del personal , nos resolvieron todos los pequelos problemas de box, taxi,etc

Pros:

Hotel praticamente in centro. Bella stanza moderna e pulita. Letto comodo. Colazione buona con diversa scelta di salato e qualche dolce e un pó di frutta. Parcheggio privato convenzionato sulla stessa via dell'hotel a 300 metri a 35 euro per una notte per un SUV (30 per auto più piccole) a cui bisogna lasciare le chiavi.

Cons:

Mancavano gli asciugamani da bidet e c'era un solo rotolo di carta igenica (in genere se ne lascia almeno uno di scorta).
