Pros:

Bardzo pomocny personel.Miałem problem z autem, pan wlaściciel zorganizował pomoc i przez cały czas interesował się moim problemem.Bardzo dobry hotel, personel i ogólnie mili ludzie.Miasto piękne ,powietrze i woda wspaniałe.

Für einen Kurztripp nach Karlsbad ideal
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Karlsbad. Die Kolonnaden lassen sich sehr schnell erreichen und auch zu den restlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten hat man kurze Fußwege

Cons:

Abends aufgrund der Nähe zu Fußgängerzone, etwas hellhörig, auch einen laufenden TV im Nebenzimmer konnte man hören.

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage, Klimaanlage funktionierte (besonders wichtig an heißen Sommertagen), jede Art von Kaffee beim Frühstück

Cons:

Es fehlten nur Pantoffeln und Flüssigseife (es gab nur feste Seife), aber das braucht ja nicht jeder, ansonsten alles schön

Pros:

Hotel je velmi dobrý, lokalita úžasná s výhledem na kolonádu. Pokoj Vienna byl prostorný a stylový, matrace byla pohodlná. Parkování asi 300 metrů od hotelu. Snídaně byla v pohodě.
Na pokoji kávovar na kapsle a rychlovarná konvice.

Cons:

Jsou to drobnosti jako např. jeden malý shower gel pro 2 lidi na 3 dny...
Hrnečky na pokoji byli pouze velké na čaj. Na espreso ne.
Prázdná lednička na minibar.

מיקום, חדר גדול, צוות חדר אוכל נעים

Cons:

היה צריך לרדוף ולהתקשר בטלפון פרטי לקבלה, לרוב לא היה אף אחד בקבלה.
חנייה במרחק וצריך שמישהו ילך איתך בכניסה וביציאה, אם אתה מוצא מישהו בקבלה! קשה להיות עצמאי אם רוצים לפצות עם רכב!

Great stay in Karlovy Vary, wouldn't change anything
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in the middle of the city. I was there with my parents and we all enjoyed it. We loved that each room had a different theme. Both of our rooms and bathrooms were huge. I had "Paris" looking out at the river, my parents stayed in "Prague" looking out to the pedestrian area. Amazing! The breakfast as well had everything that we needed for our breakfast. I also loved the Nespresso machine in the room. The reserved parking worked out fine as well and the short walk from the parking to the hotel was pleasant passing some wells and the nice shops and cafés. I can 100 % recommend this hotel.
