מיקום, חדר גדול, צוות חדר אוכל נעים

Cons:

היה צריך לרדוף ולהתקשר בטלפון פרטי לקבלה, לרוב לא היה אף אחד בקבלה.
חנייה במרחק וצריך שמישהו ילך איתך בכניסה וביציאה, אם אתה מוצא מישהו בקבלה! קשה להיות עצמאי אם רוצים לפצות עם רכב!

Great stay in Karlovy Vary, wouldn't change anything
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in the middle of the city. I was there with my parents and we all enjoyed it. We loved that each room had a different theme. Both of our rooms and bathrooms were huge. I had "Paris" looking out at the river, my parents stayed in "Prague" looking out to the pedestrian area. Amazing! The breakfast as well had everything that we needed for our breakfast. I also loved the Nespresso machine in the room. The reserved parking worked out fine as well and the short walk from the parking to the hotel was pleasant passing some wells and the nice shops and cafés. I can 100 % recommend this hotel.

עמדת הקבלה לא מאויישת באופן רצוף , גם לא בשעות היום והיה קושי רב להשיג את המלון בטלפון ולתאם חנייה והגעה למלון בשעות שהאזור סגור לכלי רכב .

Gutes Hotel
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Die Lage zentral in der Altstadt und am Fluss.
Viele Restaurants und Shopping fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Die sehr laute Live Musik außerhalb der Restaurants direkt gegenüber vom Zimmer.
Der Sänger sang drei Stunden durch. Das war mir deutlich zu lang, zumal auch nicht klar war, wann er zum Ende kommt.
Die Badewanne fungierte als Dusche.

Die Größe der Zimmer.

Cons:

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt: Die Klimaanlage war defekt, ein Ersatzzimmer gab es angeblich nicht, weil das Hotel ausgebucht sei – auf Booking wurde zur selben Zeit allerdings kein freies Zimmer angezeigt, was diese Aussage fragwürdig macht. Der Rezeptionist war weder in der Lage noch willens, eine Lösung anzubieten, und eine Entschuldigung blieb komplett aus. Auch das Frühstück konnte nicht überzeugen, und beim Check-out war die Rezeption unbesetzt. Insgesamt macht die gute Platzierung dieses Hotels bei Booking eher den Eindruck bezahlter Werbung als eines verdienten Rankings.
