Trotz dem Mangel, sehr gerne wieder. Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Personal war super freundlich. Unser Zimmer (New York) war groß, sauber und komfortabel. Der Ausblick war schön. Die Toilette war auch exklusiv. Der Flur war auch sehr ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Im Allgemeinen ein super Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte für uns umfangreicher sein können, sprich mehr Auswahl. Eventuell mehr Obst, regionalere Speisen. Es hat zwar gereicht aber war im Gegensatz zu dem Rest des Hotels eher langweilig.
Beim Frühstück ist eine Mitarbeiterin wie eine Kellnerin im Frühstücksbereich hin und her gelaufen und hat einem die Teller vom Tisch genommen, wenn man nichts mehr auf dem Teller hatte und eine Minute nur da saß. Gedanke war vllt gut gemeint, wirkte aber eher, dass einem die Ruhe am Morgen damit genommen wurde.

Schönes Hotel mitten in Karlsbad.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Gemütliches kleines historisches Boutique-Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Leise. Klimaanlage leise und funktionstüchtig. Personal freundlich. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Wohlschmeckendes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider wurden Wasser, aber auch Teebeutel, Kaffee-Kapseln und selbst Duschbad während des gesamten dreitägigen Aufenthalts nicht nachgefüllt. Nicht so schön, wenn man sich am Ende des Tages auf einen Tee in den "eigenen" vier Wänden freut.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Karlsbad und erlaubte schöne Ausblicke auf die umliegenden Häuser. Das Zimmer war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Schade war, dass das Hotel keine Gästekarte (etwa mit Verbilligungen ins Kaiserbad) verteilen kann. Das hat mir ein bisschen gefehlt.
