Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Haupbahnhof, was für unsere Rückreise nach Passau wichtig war. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig - eben B&B. Auch das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend - wie überall in einem B&B. Die Wiener Innenstadt ist gut mit der U-Bahn ab Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir unseren Check-out auch etwas verlängern.
Wichtig für Übernachtung mit Fahrrad: unbedingt vorher das Fahrrad anmelden! Das war im Buchungsprozeß so nicht ersichtlich.

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel nur bedingt auf das Abstellen von Fahrräder eingestellt. Es gibt zwar einen Abstellraum, aber bei mehreren Fahrrädern und Koffern wird es eng.

Pros:

The location was in a pedestrian-friendly location just outside the train station, and a five minute walk to the tram that took us to the Old Town in less than 15 minutes. The breakfast was excellent. Good variety, pleasant eating area. Rooms were clean, all the plumbing worked, Wi-Fi was adequate for email and basic web surfing. I would stay here again.

Pros:

Location is central in Vienna, about a walking distance from main station. The tram near to hotel goes to almost every tourist place in Vienna. Hotel is nice, clean and staff is friendly. It is also in very quite neighbourhood. Comfortable for tourists, families and also for business travellers.

Ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.
Cons:

Leider kamen wir zur Oper aufgrund der schlechten Taxikoordinierung einer Mitarbeiterin um 20 Minuten zu spät. Ursprünglich hat es geheißen, das Taxi steht in 4 Minuten vor der Hoteltür, was leider von den Mitarbeitern nicht gelöst werden konnte, und wir durch Zufall dann doch ein Taxi erreichten.
