Pros:

unique, historic, gorgeous. Esp. the tea deck off the lobby, the seaside chairs and sea swimming, Bogdan the massage therapist, the nice breakfast lady and incredible fresh fruit, the dutchman’s pipe vine in the garden.

Quarto muito confortável com varanda e vista privilegiadas. O serviço de quarto sempre muito atencioso e prestativo.

Cons:

O serviço no pequeno almoço estava fraco e não compreendiam os nossos pedidos.
Eu costumo beber chá no início e a pessoa que foi comigo gostava do chá no final, mesmo pedindo para dar um tempo entre um chá e outro, eles continuavam, até o último dia, trazendo os dois juntos! Ou vinham os dois no começo ou os dois no final.
Também pedia um pão com presunto e queijo quente e traziam um pão enorme com uma fatia parecendo uma folha de papel de queijo e presunto. Foi bem desagradável em relação à outros serviços de pequeno almoço que já tive, por exemplo, no Copacabana Palace do Rio de Janeiro.
Sugestão: incluam no cardápio de vocês o Croque-monsieur servido no Copacabana Palace, fará um sucesso estupendo!
Liguem e peçam a receita, tornem este prato um padrão na rede Belmond e fará sucesso em todo o mundo.

Heerlijke lokatie met mooi uitzicht. Heel vriendelijk personeel en leuke plekken om te ontspannen en te lunchen of dineren

Het hotel is hier en daar wat gedateerd hoewel prima onderhouden.

Service, personalet, maden, rengøring, værelset, fitness, pool, adgangen til havet , morgenmaden, restauranterne.

Cons:

At børn fik lov til at larme så meget ved polområdet. Specielt de amerikanske børn/forældre var meget højlydte. Andre børn var mere velopdragne og derfor ikke et problem

Pros:

This unique old hotel retains its grandeur from times gone by and was one of our ‘go to’ places for cocktails and food on the terrace.
Over recent years we have noticed a decline in service and value for money. The menu has been reduced to overpriced, small portion snacks. Another irritation is that smoking is allowed in this eating area which is frequented by families with young children. Not up to standards experienced in previous years.
