All room rates include daily unlimited access to the hotel spa's indoor and outdoor thermal circuit (please check the hotel's website for the spa's current opening hours). The rates for stays on a basic B&B or half-board basis on December 31st include a mandatory fee for the evening gala dinner. Similarly, the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory for stays on a half-board basis on December 24th.
Starting at 18:30, sportswear and sports/beach footwear are not permitted in the bars and restaurants. The Dress Code in Restaurants is: Long trousers are mandatory for gentlemen during dinner. The Dress Code for the December 24th Gala Dinner is: Jacket and tie are required. The Dress Code for New Year's Eve on December 31st is as follows: The black tie is required.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The environments are all supremely designed for style, comfort and relaxation - rest areas, bars, restaurants, gardens, spa, courtesy bus into the port area. The original Canarian artworks throughout the hotel are exceptional.
Some of the spa features (hot spa) were not working on some days. Putting green being repaired.
The building and the gardens are beautiful.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious and varied.
Housekeeping was amazing. Super clean.
Many facilities and activities throughout the hotel.
The spa is very run down, almost all of the rooms are broken. Staff does not know when they will be fixed.
The oriental restaurant was horrible. I was ashamed to present this old frozen fish to my wife.

Nuestra estancia en El Botánico ha sido increíble, sobre todo por la gente que trabaja allí. Es un lujo encontrar un personal tan cercano.
Queremos dar las gracias a los porteros,Antonio y Javier que fueron super atentos. También a Christian, el socorrista, por su amabilidad y por la buena conversacion que compartimos en la piscina. Y, a Pino, la jefa de recepción: gracias a su cariño y en el ckeck out , nos dimos cuenta de lo que nos habíamos perdido y nos hizo volver al hotel un ratito para verlo! Fue un gran detalle

Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et réactif. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, vaste choix. Le jardin est somptueux et très bien entretenu. Enfin l espace spa et les massages faits par des professionnels.
