Charme et chic, tout est très authentique. L’emplacement est idéal et les lieux sont magnifiques.

Cons:

La carte du restaurant du bar nécessite parfois trop de temps de préparation, des mets à préparation plus rapide pourraient être plus appréciés.

Herausragender Service, großer Komfort und eine Oase der Ruhe
Pros:

Das Personal war in allen Bereichen herausragend – von Rezeption über Frühstück bis hin zur Reinigung. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß, wurde ein bis zwei Mal täglich sehr gut gereinigt. Das Frühstück war umfangreich. Die Aussicht des Hotels ist grandios. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Der Pool ist groß und die Liegen waren jetzt – zur Hauptsaison – zwar sehr gut gefüllt, aber man hat zu jeder Tageszeit noch eine bekommen. Das ganze Ambiente ist sehr stimmig und schön. Alles ist sehr komfortabel, man wird als Gast auf Händen getragen und der hohe Anspruch des Hotels ist überall erkennbar.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück waren die Bienen recht störend, vllt. findet man hier noch Lösungen, die zu reduzieren. Brot und Cappuccino waren nicht ganz meins, aber das ist sicherlich Geschmackssache. Allgemein war das Angebot hier umfangreich, geschmacklich hatte ich in anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels aber schon bessere Erlebnisse – insgesamt ist das aber Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

A truly unforgettable luxury experience – without a doubt one of the best hotels in Mallorca.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. Castillo Hotel Son Vida is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service was flawless, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was beautiful, and the breakfast was outstanding. The atmosphere, pools, and views were simply breathtaking. Every detail felt luxurious.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous with amazing artwork throughout. Our room as very large and had all that we needed for a 4 night stay, being our first solo trip as a couple without our children and being adults only was a bonus. The spa facilities were great. Husband played 3 of the golf courses which he enjoyed.

Cons:

The service staff like the cleaners and the breakfast attendants were lovely especially a lady by the name of Angela, she was super delightful.

However we went to the restaurant near the pool one afternoon and sat down and were completely ignored by about 4 staff members who saw us and served others around us. We luckily had a hire car and decided to head down to Palma for lunch.
