Ein außergewöhnliches Grandhotel, daß sicher zu den besten altehrwürdigen Hotels auf Mallorca gehört

Die tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf Palma ist spektakulär! 🤩

Cons:

Das Klavier auf dem zwei meine Gäste gespielt haben, war leider nicht gestimmt. Mehr hatten wir tatsächlich nicht zu bemängeln.

sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit Ausblick auf Palma und das Meer. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, höfliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Golfshuttle zu den verschiedenen Golfplätzen.

Pros:

Hätten uns gewünscht, das wir vielleicht, nachdem das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war ein besseres Zimmer ohne Aufpreis bekommen hätten, da unser letzter Besuch im Lookdown 2020 war und wir da nicht viel machen konnten. Schade

Cons:

Die Preise für das Essen und die Getränke an der Poolbar und im Restaurant sind für die Qualität viel zu teuer. Cola 0,33 l für 6€ und Burrata für 28€ geht nicht. Auch die Preise für eine Flasche Wein sind einfach zu teuer.

Enttäuschend. Die guten Jahre sind vorbei. Service wird hier klein geschrieben.

Die Unterkunft an sich und die Lage mit dem Blick ist toll

Das Essen ist für ein 5 Sterne Haus unterirdisch. Ich spreche hier von den angebotenen Mittagessen etc. . Qualitativ wirklich sehr weit unten, gefühlt Kantine. Das gleiche gilt für die Getränke an der Bar. Diese sind preislich nur bei 5 Sternen, aber qualitativ schlecht. Das Frühstück ist ganz gut, nichts aussergewöhnliches, jeden Tag 1:1 das gleiche. Der Leiter des Serviceteams beim Frühstück ist arrogant und ignoriert einen. Generell ignoriert einen das Personal sehr gerne. Beim Frühstück haben Gäste ihre Teller selbst zurück gebracht, damit die Spatzen nicht über diese herfallen, sobald man den Tisch verlässt. Für so ein Hotel einfach nicht annehmbar. Beim Personal waren einzig und allein die Mitarbeiter beim Conciergeservice sowie die Rezeption freundlich. Bei Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, dass noch viele Zimmer frei wären mit besserem Blick, ob wir ein Upgrade zahlen möchten, da wir ja fast 2 Wochen dort wären. Übrigens nebenbei auf dem Weg zum Zimmer erwähnt. Finde ich unangebracht, da sowas eine Serviceleistung für mich darstellt bei Verfügbarkeit. Die minibar (Wasser) wurde nicht aufgefüllt , man musste danach fragen. Die guten Jahre sind hier wirklich vorbei, die Location ist ein Traum. Ich gebe gerne Geld für Hotels usw aus, aber hier hat mich jeder Euro geärgert, da das Verhältnis von Preis-Leistung absolut nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Stanglwirtpreise, aber Motelone Niveau. Zum Essen mussten wir deshalb immer nach Palma fahren, was schade ist.

Temporary dining area in operation. May have been better to let customers know this at time of booking. Spa area could do with some investment.
