As of 1 September 2021, the accommodation service provider is obliged to record the specific personal data of every individual (adult, minor, infant) at check-in, using a valid identity card, driving licence, or travel document. We had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Prague. The location is absolutely amazing—very convenient and perfect for exploring the city.
Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
We were traveling with our baby, and the hotel provided all the baby essentials we needed, which made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how well they accommodated families traveling with young children.
Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to families traveling with a baby. We would happily stay here again when visiting Prague.
The only minor issue was with housekeeping. The coffee and other in-room refreshments were not consistently replenished during our stay, so we had to request them. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect these items to be automatically refilled during daily housekeeping.

Nice room, good location
Awful payment system with a lot of hidden charges. You can’t just pay for the room online via booking.com. They require you to pay the deposit upon arrival which is a full cost of stay + €65 per each night (blocked from your CC) or €100 per night if you pay in cash. During the check out the deposit is released and you need to pay the cost of your stay again.
Which is super inconvenient.
The currency exchange rate fluctuated by €18 during 2 days, quite a good jump for HUF😁
The stuff complicated everything that is possible, very long expectation time to be checked in as all the customers are informed about this specific form of payment only at check in desk and are very confused about it

A decent hotel, though not quite up to five-star standards. Excellent goulash available via the late-night room service menu.
The indoor pool is too small, with too few sun loungers.
Spacious and luxurious. Great breakfast.

Great location, nice staff, comfy bed, concierge and parking personnel are great!
You sleep very well, and the breakfast is ok-ish.
Overall a nice stay!
The hotel needs a little bit of upgrade, the windows in almost every room don’t close 100% so not exactly soundproofed. Breakfast is very crowded, you always have to wait for a table in the last 2 hours of breakfast, the breakfast area is too small for the total hotel capacity. The spa is nice to have but small and not very special.
Some of the rooms need a little bit of an upgrade.
