Perfect hotel in a perfect location !!!!

The hotel is in the best location you could ask for. One side is opposite the Ferris wheel, the other side is a direct exit to the famous shopping street Váci. Metro station 3 minutes walk. There is indoor parking at the hotel, there is an excellent indoor pool / spa. Rich breakfast. Very very clean room, twice a day they tidy it up, distribute bottles of water, Nespresso capsules, the most comfortable bed in the world, a really excellent shower. 4 fast elevators. Check-in and check-out are very fast and efficient. A really high-level hotel and I know high-level hotels... very high.

Cons:

Os funcionários nao são muito cordiais. São educados e distantes. Não fazem muita questão de agradar o hóspede. Seja respondendo alguma dúvida, em problema com ar condicionado que tivemos, para nos colocar em uma mesa que preferimos no café da manhã…não nos dão aquela sensação de que somos bem vindos e nao parecem tentar fazer da nossa estada no hotel algo especial.
