Exceptional
Pros:

This hotel was just fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful, and had a very good level of English. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was exquisite. I also enjoyed dinner in the Chinese Dragon restaurant and lunch in Via Roma, and treated myself to a very good pastry from Kempinski Deli. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would recommend. Location was good too for getting to central area.

Pros:

Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft, Kinderfreundlichkeit, Betten, Pool, Gym, Cafe, alles war sehr gut und da das gebuchte Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, gab es ein sehr gutes Upgrade in die nächste Kategorie. Die Fahrt in die Stadt dauert ca. 30 Minuten, ist aber sehr günstig mit den üblichen Taxis.

Cons:

Einzig das Mittagsbuffet war deutlich über dem Preis, wenn man es denn nehmen wollte.

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Kempinski Yansha war von Beginn bis zum Ende sehr zufriedenstellend. Der Check In hat gut geklappt, die Lage ist toll. Unser Zimmer hatte den Blick auf einen Fluss. Man sieht das es kein neues Hotel ist, allerdings ist alles sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war hervorragend, das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Badewanne hat zur Entspannung eingeladen. Am Abend gab es einen Turndown Service, das war ein schöner Bonus.
Wir hatten kein Frühstück dazu gebucht, es gibt ein Deli, das um 7 öffnet.
Wer den Pool nutzen möchte, muss eine Badekappe tragen, die man im Poolbereich Erwerb kann

Cons:

Die Toiletten Räume in der Lobby waren wirklich der einzige Ort im Hotel an dem der Waschtisch nicht in gutem Zustand war.

Pros:

High quality hotel, which is well located with excellent rooms, restaurants, and staff; next to subway stop (Liangmo) which only takes 25-30 mins to get to T/Men Square. Next to canal which is picturesque and has alot of restaurant options. Definitely would stay here again.
