Квартира большая, удобная, есть абсолютно всё что нужно, очень чисто ,расположение просто супер, находится в самом центре, в 10 минутах ходьбы от старого города.
Хозяйка квартиры Марианна очень отзывчивая, помогала нам во всём.
В следующий раз обязательно остановимся в этой квартире.

מלון מיוחד עם הסטוריה עשירה צריך להיות לפחות פעם אחת שבאים לירושלים.

המלון הינו מלון מיוחד עם היסטוריה מעניינת המלווה את תולדות עם ישראל. עיצוב מיוחד ומעניין.
ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, הצוות יוצא מגדרו כדי שתרגיש בנוח ותקבל כל מה שתרצה.
יש בריכה גדולה, מסודרת, עם הרבה מקום לכולם. חדרים מאובזרים, חלוקים, נעלים וכו'.
מיקום המלון מעולה. אפשר ללכת ברגל ולהגיע לעיר העתיקה ללא צורך במונית או לחפש חניה.

Cons:

קיבלנו חדר עם מרפסת. המרפסת לא עברה ניקוי מזה זמן. צריך יותר להקפיד בנושא נקיון החדר.
לא קיבלנו הודעה שהחדר מוכן. צריך להגיע ולשאול.
אם רוצים לאכול ארוחת ערב, המחיר 780 ש"ח לאדם !! נראה לי מוגזם לחלוטין.

For the large group the accommodations were really great. The location was superb and unmatched.
Pros:

First of all, the property & service manager was excellent. Whenever there was a question, she responded quickly and provided answers on the spot. She made sure to attend to our large party and was thorough with supplies as well. Even making sure deliveries of supplies were provided in a timely fashion. The location was perfect with access to an infinite number of locations in Jerusalem. It was accessible for tours and easily found. Also, the driver who picked us up from the airport was an added bonus. It was well-coordinted between the parties. Thanks so much for making our first trip to Israel so smooth. Much appreciation and highly recommend!

Cons:

The bunkbeds were a concern for adult-use, but we managed. There are no closets available or room for one.

Le personnel mal qualifié, qui nous a fait perdre du temps au départ du fait d’un mauvais check in, les chambres et salle de bain mériteraient plus qu’un rafraîchissement. De ne pas avoir la possibilité d’avoir à accès à des dessert en soirée comme des glaces … cela est décevant pour un 5 étoiles
