מקום נוח וקרוב למרכז ירושלים, עם חנייה ומקום מסודר מאוד. בריכה מחוממת גם בחורף. הדירה גדולה ומרווחת והיה בתוכה הכל מסודר לנו שהגענו. הצוות מקצועי ומרינה מדהימה ונחמדה מאוד. שירות מעולה

הדירה טיפה מוזנחת, הכוונה הצבע מתקלף בכמה מקומות ויש רטיבות בכמה מקומות בדירה. שהגענו הדירה היתה קצת מלוכלכת, בצדדים של המיטות היה מלוכלך עם בקבוק שתייה וסוכריות מפוזרות מהדיירים הקודמים. חבל שלא ניקו כמו שצריך. חבל זה קצת הוריד בהתחלה. אבל בגדול 9/10 בגלל הדירה, המיקום והצוות.

We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The apartment was large, the balcony was great and the beds really comfortable. The apartment is set up for observant Jews, which made being there for Shabbat very comfortable.

Cons:

The phone number provided to access the parking didn't work, but we called the number on the garage and they let us in. Also the instructions didn't specify which wing our apartment was in so it took some time finding the right elevatory to our apartment.

Great apartment for a larger group. One parking spot included. Host was extremely attentive.
Pros:

It was a perfect sized apartment for our group of 6. Kosher kitchen was well appointed, but we didn't really cook too much. Great location close to most everything we were looking to do and see. Very comfortable space.

Cons:

Front bedroom AC was not connected and that room got too warm at night.

Great location, kind and helpful staff. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with diversity kind of food. The pool is big and nice.

Book a room with a front desk, this is so annoying.
Pros:

The location was nice.

Cons:

My check in time was approved the night before, but I did not have check in instructions upon arrival. It took at least 30 minutes to get in touch with someone who could help. I’m currently locked out of the lobby. The only way to get in is to call the security guard on the intercom, but they aren’t answering.

Great place to stay in the center of Jerusalem
Pros:

The location is great. This apartment was very clean and comfortable - easily accomodated 4 adults and a child. The host responded quickly to every communication and request for information.

History and old world charm
Pros:

This amazing opulant hotel is steeped in history. Many world leaders & famous celebrities have stayed here over the years. The interior lounge and dinig areas are beautiful, the rooms luxurious, & the amenities are of a very high standard.
Wonderful buffet breakfast, sumotuous, served by friendly professional staff.
I would like to Helda & Nizar for their cheerful pleasant manner & helpful service.
A wonderful experience.
Within walking distance of the old city, the Mamilla Mall, and parks.

Pros:

amazing location. decent clean apartment.

Cons:

a little outdated. the water only last one to two hot shower for 7 people was tough. dryer doesn't dry clothing.
