Convenient but needs renovation
Pros:

The hotel’s complimentary shuttle boat to the mall was very convenient and made getting around much easier. The gentleman at the shuttle boat pier at the hotel was very kind and welcoming. He even greeted me in my native language, which I really appreciated

Cons:

The hotel is desperately in need of renovation. The rooms and overall property feel quite dated and no longer match the level of luxury expected from The Peninsula brand

Ho apprezzato tantissimo la struttura: elegante, curata in ogni dettaglio e immersa in un’atmosfera davvero speciale. La posizione sul fiume Chao Phraya regala una vista meravigliosa e rende il soggiorno ancora più suggestivo. Gli ambienti sono raffinati, pulitissimi e molto confortevoli. Una struttura di grande livello, dove si percepisce attenzione e cura in ogni dettaglio. Un’esperienza davvero indimenticabile!

Cons:

È difficile trovare qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto. Il soggiorno è stato impeccabile e la struttura ha superato le mie aspettative.
