Desde a recepção, o atendimento é diferenciado e atencioso. Quarto muito bom, confortável, aconchegante e espaçoso. Café da manhã é excepcional, no rooftop que acomoda o Seen. Vale reservar uma noite para o jantar também. Sala de musculação bem equipada e agradável. Localização excelente.

Em geral, boa parte da experiência se resume em pessoas. Se você estiver procurando um atendimento de um hotel 5 estrelas, você vai encontrar. Execelente recepção, limpeza, café da manhã, tudo impecável.

Cons:

Uma coisa que estão trabalhando para melhorar são os elevadores, 1 está sendo trocado, então isso já estará resolvido em breve.
