Too many shortcomings overall. Not recommended.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the complimentary shuttle service into the city is a welcome benefit, although luggage is not permitted on the shuttle.

Cons:

The hotel is clearly showing its age and falls short of the standard one would expect at this price level. The gym has no dedicated showers or toilets. An espresso costs EUR 8 and is served in a paper cup, even when ordered in the lounge area approximately 30 metres away from the pool. While the use of paper cups may be understandable directly by the pool, it is difficult to justify in the lounge.

The staff were generally inattentive. During breakfast, birds repeatedly helped themselves to the food while members of staff stood nearby without intervening.

In addition, the lock on our room door was defective and could not be repaired. As a result, every time we wanted to enter the room, we had to wait outside for approximately five minutes while a rather unhelpful and solution-resistant member of staff came to open the door. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not commensurate with the hotel’s positioning or pricing.

Eine sehr erholsame Woche mit viel Luxus.
Pros:

Die Innenausstattung ist prachtvoll und sehr durchdacht. Die Möbel sind sehr bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Ausflugsziele sind leicht zu erreichen. Das ganze Hotel ist Behindertengerecht. Die Kabanas am Strand sind sehr komfortabel. Der Strand lange und Menschenleer.

Cons:

Das Personal ist sehr nett und es gibt auch ausreichend aber leider sind sie nicht gut geschult oder auch nicht gut geführt. Sie rennen hin und her aber es passiert nichts. Das Shuttle-Boot nach Venedig: das letzte Boot geht um 21.00 Uhr zurück. Das ist zu früh, wenn man dort Abendessen gehen möchte. Zu Mittag fährt man nicht gerne in der Hitze hinüber. Man sollte es nach Jahreszeiten einteilen.

Location ottima, estremamente curata nei dettagli. Struttura ben organizzata. Camera ampia, pulita e ben arredata in perfetto stile liberty. Personale molto gentile e numeroso, pronto a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Spiaggia ampia. Ottimo il servizio navetta per Venezia, disponibile ogni mezz'ora

Cons:

Accesso ai lettini e ombrelloni solo dalle 9.30; si dovrebbe essere più flessibili per i clienti che chiedono avere accesso all'ombrellone / lettino prima. Non c'era disponibilità di una capanna. L'Hotel dovrebbe avere disponibile alcune capanne per i clienti che le richiedono (il prezzo poi per una capanna nell'area centrale sarebbe stato di €400 e di €200 per quelle laterali; a mio avviso è elevato per i clienti dell'hotel - e comunque non era disponibile).

great way to discover venice in the summer
