Prachtig, stijlvol verblijf midden in Madrid. Op loopafstand van veel attracties.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel midden in het oude centrum van Madrid. De kamer was prettig en het bed van hoge kwaliteit. Heerlijk ontbeten!

Cons:

De fitnessruimte is een beetje out-dated en het was leuk geweest als er een rooftopbar was geweest.

Le Palace Hôtel à Madrid est une adresse véritablement emblématique. Son lobby sous sa spectaculaire verrière offre une atmosphère grandiose, parfaitement complétée par un emplacement idéal et un personnel aux petits soins. Si l'absence de piscine peut être regrettée, la qualité exceptionnelle de la conciergerie et l'excellence du service en font une expérience inoubliable. Un séjour de haut standing, presque parfait !

Personal im Restaurant ist extrem nett und freundlich

Cons:

Buchung ging erst mal schief.
Speiseauswahl im Restaurant gering. Im Zimmer, in der Bar und im Restaurant fast gleich.

Staffs can be trained better. They took away glasses and didn’t replace them. And some miscommunications at the reception

Will never use it again.
Pros:

Nothing means nothing

Cons:

One of the worst experiencs i’v ever had, very old rooms, smelly, and cannot see anything good there more than the valet parking team.

The reception people never ever smiled, the gym is very small and even the pair of dumbbells is not there. Worst thing ever the dirty carpets and the washrooms.

Excellent choice
Pros:

Lobby, bar, restaurant, location, style of room and room size. Especially I would like to express my thanks to the bellmen. During the Pope’s visit, when the city was very busy, they kindly helped us with our luggage and assisted us in reaching Atocha Station. Their help was greatly valuable in that situation

Lifts are a little bit old and need to be changed
