Cons:

The AC was barely cold compared to the 7 other hotels we have stayed at in Southern Spain. My other concern was the overall was the level of service for a 5 star resort. We found everyone to be lacking in a desire to help, the doorman to be condescending and the clean staff to be lacking. On our second morning the cleaning staff had removed one tea cup and one wine glass that had been used but never replaced them. We asked for a second since there are 2 of us but never received them. I was just expecting more based on other hotels of similar levels
