Credit/Debit Card Policy:

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy:

Third Party Credit Card: Third party credit card forms are not accepted. Bank transfers and CHAPS payments are accepted.

Park Tower Knightsbridge has a maximum occupancy of three people per room. Rollaway beds are single beds and only one is permitted per room.

The hotel will allocate bed types rooms subject to availability and can only take requests for king or twin.

Solid if unromantic choice.
Pros:

Excellent Location. Very dated to some extent but not threadbare. Ugly on the outside but not as bad on the inside.
An absurd deposit policy where they charge and refund your card which will cost you if you are in another currency.
Front Desk and cleaning staff excellent.
Didn't try the restaurant. Looked kind of bleak. Lots good nearby though.

3 star hotel- broken doors and ac
Pros:

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. This is nowhere near the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel.

When we arrived, the air conditioning wasn’t working, the room doors were damaged, and we were welcomed with a plate of rotten fruit. What concerns me most is that the fruit was left in the room despite being spoiled. If a child had eaten it, it could have posed a serious health risk. This is completely unacceptable.

The condition of the room was so poor that we had to be moved to another room just to have functioning air conditioning. Basic amenities and room maintenance should not be an issue at a hotel claiming to be five-star.

Overall, the service, room quality, and attention to guest safety were far below expectations. I would not rate this as a five-star hotel and would not recommend it to anyone based on my experience.

Dust and blood on the chairs why ? Ended up having an unconnected room with my children so sad
