Tolles Hotel mit Schönheitsfehlern

Der Service im Hotel nebst der ganzen Anlage ist außergewöhnlich gut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Wir sind auch zum Golfen angereist. Der Golfdesk war kompetent und hat alle unsere Wünsche berücksichtigt. Die Organisation auf unserer "Son Vida" Golf Runde war mangelhaft. Wir sind gemeinsam mit einem weiteren Flight am 10 Loch ausgestiegen, weil sich der Club nicht um sehr langsam spielende Flights (offenbar mehrere Flights einer Golfgruppe) gekümmert hat. Eine Beschwerde bei dem Club wurde abgetan. Der Hinweis beim Golfdesk wurde wieder freundlich aufgenommen, aber trotz mehrerer Nachfragen ignoriert. (... der Manager hat leider noch nicht geantwortet).

Doskonały hotel, komfort i prywatność, cisza jest wielkim atutem tego hotelu

świetne, bardzo wygodne i duże łóżka, czystość w hotelu oraz na basenie zewnętrznym, świetnie przygotowane pole golfowe oraz kort do tenisa (oświetlony jupiterami aby grać wieczorem a nie w upale)

Wszystko! Przepiękny ogród, przepyszna kuchnia w restauracjach, doskonała obsługa! Wszystko bez zarzutu! Bardzo polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi ale nie tylko, kazdy bedzie zadowolony!
