ホスピタリティーを感じられる良いホテル
Pros:

他に予約していた宿が詐欺まがいで急遽こちらのホテルに変更し、当日夕方6時近くに予約を入れたにも関わらず、親切に対応してもらい、フロントはじめ全てのスタッフが感じ良く、親切にしてくれました。朝食は種類が豊富で美味しく、アフタヌーンティーもまたとても良かったです。また宿泊したいと思うし、他の人にも勧められるホテルです。

A decent hotel to stay but food options are a disappointment.
Pros:

The room was clean , comfortable and well maintained.

Cons:

The food options were very disappointing. The breakfast was not guest friendly at all. The room service was very poor. No one answered the call after 8:30 pm. I had to walk down to the reception to make a request for food, which I still did not get as per my need.
