Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub im Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

Ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel mit wirklich sehr freundlichem Personal in allen Bereichen. Die Zimmer sind perfekt und das Frühstück ist genial – hier findet jeder etwas. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Zugang zur Club-Lounge gebucht. Die Club-Lounge ist absolut zu empfehlen! Sehr leckere Snacks, Cocktails, etc. werden gereicht! Die Lage ist sehr nah an den Petronas Towers. Wir haben häufig die Grab´s genutzt, da sie wirklich sehr günstig sind. Auch der Hop-on-Hop-off-Bus ist sehr zu empfehlen, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten angefahren werden. Waren dort für 3 Nächte und sind dann weiter nach Bali! Weiterempfehlung 100%

Pros:

room was having cocroaches and i have showed video to staff...swimming pool is like haunted house and no hygience ...two times my room was changed...smtimes ac not working and smtimes door keys...horriblr experience

Pros:

First time stay here, everything very good. Location hotel near to monorail station, easy to go anywhere and in front hotel got mall if want to find something. Best breakfast because not crowded and many choice of food. Room service good, mattress best and soft. Will repeat another time.

Pros:

The Club Lounge Staff are extremely warm & friendly. Our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Rathidevi & Mr. Shawn for their very warm & gracious hospitality. Both took wonderful care of the guests and made us feel very much at home. Made our stay even more pleasurable.
