lokasi dan bilik

Cons:

front desk - concierge. saya tidak puashati sebab telah parking kereta saya. bayar yang dikenakan rm40.00 disebabkan kecuaian staf anda logan-concierge. saya telah memberi maklumat nombor bilik dan car plate kpd beliau, suapaya sistem dapat mengdiskaunkan caj parking. tetapi beliau tidak membuat, maka saya terpaksa bayar rm40.00, dimana sepatut bayar rm5.00.

Good hotel
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, and the bed was excellent, providing a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is superb, with convenient access to restaurants, shopping malls, and nearby train stations. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and a wide variety of food options along Jalan Doraisamy, making the location especially convenient for dining and exploring the area.

Cons:

One area that could potentially be enhanced is the availability of spa and massage services. During my stay, these facilities appeared to be temporarily unavailable or closed. I understand that facilities may occasionally be closed for maintenance or other operational reasons.

Très décevant !
Pros:

Très décevant pour un établissement affichant de telles prétentions et pratiquant des tarifs aussi élevés.

Le seul véritable point positif de mon séjour reste le petit-déjeuner, qui était remarquable. Pour le reste, la déception est au rendez-vous : chambre vieillissante, équipements qui mériteraient une sérieuse rénovation et, surtout, une piscine dont l’état est franchement préoccupant. Certaines margelles sont cassées, avec des morceaux de ferraille apparents et coupants, ce qui est difficilement acceptable dans un établissement de ce standing.

À cela s’ajoute une isolation phonique très insuffisante : mes voisins étaient particulièrement bruyants et, malgré mes signalements à l’accueil, aucune action n’a été entreprise.

Au vu du prix payé, le rapport qualité-prix est loin d’être à la hauteur. On attend d’un établissement de ce niveau du confort, de l’entretien et surtout une véritable attention portée aux clients. Ici, le prestige semble malheureusement davantage tenir au nom qu’à la réalité de l’expérience.
