Location is perfect in front of city mall

1/5 — Very Disappointing & Unacceptable Hygiene

During breakfast in the morning, I found a cockroach/insect right next to the bread and toaster area. I immediately informed the manager and told them that this clearly raises serious concerns about pest control and hygiene.
This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, especially from a hotel carrying the Sheraton name. Guests should never have to see cockroaches anywhere near exposed food or breakfast equipment.
I am staying here for my honeymoon and expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and food safety. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined my impression of the breakfast service.
Sheraton management needs to take this seriously and urgently review their pest-control and sanitation procedures.

The lobby has a very unpleasant fishy smell coming from the restaurant, and unfortunately, it makes the whole lobby area uncomfortable.
I kindly ask the hotel management to address this issue as soon as possible, especially regarding the ventilation and odor control. The lobby is the first impression guests have of the hotel, and it should have a fresh and pleasant atmosphere.
