Pros:

Ubicación y el edificio.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos a la habitación no había toallas, la reclamamos y tardaron más de dos horas en traerlas. Veníamos de un viaje muy largo y necesitábamos ducharnos. Zapatillas de hotel solo había un par. El aire acondicionado no funcionó en plena ola de calor. No tuvimos ni arreglo ni cambio de habitación. El personal de recepción nunca solucionó nuestras peticiones.

Central location cozy room
Pros:

Rooms and location very good

Cons:

I was given a wrong key card, when I called reception to send me a new key, they told me to come down , then we have opened the door with housekeeping where we found out other guests sleeping in tve room. It was a shameful situation, then I had to go down with luggage to get a new key. Terrible reception service .

Fantastic location, mixed experience
Pros:

The porters and check-in staff courtesy and professionalism. The nice touch from the Guest Relations Manager. The suite was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was absolutely fantastic.

Cons:

The awfully slow service in the bar. We waited for 1 hour someone to notice our presence,. Since no one attended us, i personally got menus from the bar, then walked to the bar again and placed our order. Apparently they had changed shifts as no one bothered to deliver. When the new staff showed up, she had no idea about our order. Unacceptable service! Also, the noisy house keeping staff, the lack of respect towards the DND sign. On day 1 the mini bar replenishment staff knocked on my door around 1130am with total dusregard to the illuminated sign. The same occurred on day 2 at 1150am by the house keeping staff. Some of the power sockets inside the suite were inoperative. No iron or iron board inside the suite. The lights in the guest toilet were inoperative. Never tried the breakfast as the bar experience completely put me off using any of the food and beverage outlets in your establishment. And while your porters and front desk staff were truly caring and outstanding, there is so much more that could be done to improve your guests' experience!

Perfecto hotel en el centro de todo
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, está en el centro a 10 metros de 3 líneas principales de metro. El hotel es súper bonito, grande y la habitación parecía recién reformada. El desayuno está muy bien. No tiene muchas cosas pero todo está súper bueno y hay un poquito de cada cosita que te pueda apetecer.

La verdad, nada.

MUCH NEEDED TO MAKE THIS A TRUE PALACE
Pros:

Excellent location.Staff on reception varied between terrible and dismissive to excellent and empathetic.The male staff could learn a lot from their female colleagues in the art of customer service.Breakfast is ok.
Hotel to its credit assisted in enabling an early checkout.

Cons:

The room is dark and moody with technology overload.The two big problems in this hotel is the lack of joy.From the bar to the restaurant to housekeeping to reception most of the staff are just going through the motions.
The other problem is the air conditioning is inadequate .
Reception was often understaffed
Perhaps all these issues stem from poor management?

Alles war wirklich angenehm und gut. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war unschlagbar. Die Lage in der Nähe aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shopping-/Essensmöglichkeiten war einfach perfekt. Auch für das Auto haben wir letztlich eine gute Lösung gefunden. Vom Zimmer konnte man sogar die Rotunda St.Georg sehen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war grossartig und vielseitig. Wir konnten sogar Bulgarische Spezialitäten kosten.

Cons:

Da gab es eigentlich nichts. Vielleicht, dass man in der Toilette nicht wirklich Privatsphäre hatte.

התאכזבנו מאוד. מבחינתנו מלון 5 כוכבים לא דומה למה שקיבלנו. להלן פירוט קצר:אין בחדר אף ארון. יש נישה פתוחה עם קולבים. אין מקום לאחסן בגדים ותיקים.התיקים על הרצפה. למרות בקשות חוזרות ונשנות לא קיבלנו מעמד למזוודה והיו לנו שתיים. קיבלנו מגבת רחצה אחת וכוס אחת באמבטיה ל2 מבוגרים. ביקשנו לקבל השלמה ולא הגיע כלום. שעות לא עונים בקבלה לטלפון. לא פינו כלים מלוכלכים. ולסיום הסדין היה מוכתם בצורה נוראית. יש לנו תמונה אבל עדיף לא לפרסם. לא הבנו למה המלון מקבל ציונים גבוהים.

Consigliatissimo.
Pros:

Ottima struttura, in una posizione eccellente, con a fianco la metro che porta direttamente all'aeroporto. A fianco ad una via pedonale piena di localini e buoni ristoranti. Difronte alla cattedrale Santa Domenica. Lo staff veramente disponibile che ci ha ha aiutato in diverse occasioni. Consigliatissimo.
