Food and the staff are great
I was put in a room that wasn’t in the main hotel and the room was really dated, shower was poor, main pool was closed the full 8 days I stayed there but I got told there was another pool 2 minutes walk away we could use, this poor was really bad with no facilities there what so ever and only 4 sun beds to sit on, also I couldn’t use the gym as it had no air conditioning and was blowing hot air out the air conditioning units, this trip cost me and my wife over £1400 to stay at the hotel and we was left really upset and disappointed

Location
The room I was assigned was located on the ground level, with no city view as originally booked. It was situated in a separate garden-side building and felt quite outdated as booked. However, the carpet and furniture were visibly worn and did not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel.

تعامل الموظفين محترمين و يساعدون اذا سالتهم عن حاجه .. والاكل لذيذ والغرف نظيفه 👍🏻.
انا حجزت اطلاله كامله على البحر لكن للاسف الاطلاله ماكانت واضحه لان الشباك مغبر بس تمنيت انهم ينظفوها عشان يبان الاطلاله.
لا يوجد شيء يستحق الإعجاب مكان قديم جداً
