good location, near corniche(u can walk evenings seaside) well enough big room, well enough breakfast.

The location and cleanliness

Cons:

The room they gave me was in a a building outside of the main building where the lobby and restaurant, pool at . I had to leave outside and walk in the heat. I really dislike that and I wasn’t told about this at all. I booked for a room in the main building not a building near by! So annoying and frustrating! I wouldn’t go again because of that..

انا حجزت باطلالة على البحر بمبلغ وقدره واكثر من يومين اتفاجا من ان الشباك المطل جدددددا ووووسخ وغير نظيف وحاجب للرؤية .. انا ابغى اجلس واستمتع بالبحر للاسف انا جالسة اتامل الوساااااخة والمنظر الي يجيب المرض .. وللاسف مافي اي تجاوب ولما اعطيتهم التقييم قالو هي شركة تجي تنظفه كل فترة هذا للاسف ما يحتاج كل فترة يحتاج دايم تنظيف مقابل الاسعار الي تاخذونها ...... نصيحة لا احد يددددفع حتى يشوف الشباك القزاز نظيف او لا ...... الشيء الثاني منيو الفطور الحمدلله والشكر مررررررة سيء ... واخر يوم والله العظيم الجبن والطحينية انها من اليوم الي قبل منظررررها مرة خربان وذايب .. وجيت ابغى شاهي احمر قالو خلص مافي ..... حرفييييا ما رح اكرررر التجربة .. والشيء الثاني انا بلوقر وممكن انسال عن المكان ولكن بعطي اجابة صريحة المكان لا يستحق التكرار ....

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing.

First, the air conditioner was broken, and we could not sleep comfortably because the room was extremely hot.

Second, a man entered our room in the middle of the night without permission while we were wearing our sleepwear, which was completely unacceptable and made us feel very unsafe.

Also, whenever we requested anything from the staff, the service was very slow. We had to call 5 times before getting any response or assistance.

Overall, the service and management were very poor, and we would not recommend staying at this hotel.
