Relaxing.
Pros:

Cleanliness, extra service- we got an airport pick up even though we had not booked it. The gardens are amazing and the restaurants top notch. The room sizes are also very generous.

Cons:

There was a problem with cable TV on our last night of stay - not very good timing in the middle of the world cup.

Всё было бы отлично, но несколько неприятных моментов испортили впечатление
Pros:

Хорошее расположение. Очень красивое здание отеля, интерьер, большая ухоженная территория. Вежливый персонал. Неплохие завтраки. Также понравился итальянский ресторан в отеле. Стабильный Wi-Fi.

Cons:

Основные неприятные моменты:
1. В наш приезд отель был на реновации, часть территории перекрыта, повсюду стройки. Окно нашего номера выходило прямо на стройку, и днём отдохнуть было невозможно даже с закрытым окном.
2. В номере было всегда холодно, даже если выставить климат на 25 градусов (это возможный максимум).
3. Каждую ночь отключалось электричество, после его включения в номере загорался весь свет, что конечно нас будило.
4. В предпоследний день из номера украли ожерелье, сотрудники отеля ничем помочь не смогли.
Также отмечу, что в индийском и паназаиатском ресторанах питание так себе.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Mr. Nebeyou K, who made my very first experience at the hotel extremely comfortable and memorable. A Great Property! With Shut Down Swimming Pool!!!
Pros:

Addis Sheraton is undoubtedly a great property next to the Palace and with amazing gardens immaculately manicured!!! The only unpleasant thing was that the swimming pool remained shut for very long for maintenance and it isnt a temperature controlled pool! Inspite of the fact that addis is generally a cool place! Loads of marriages happening there in the hotel! I saw 3!!!!!!
