A part cet incidence de Suite Familiale, dans l'ensemble on a apprécié le prestige de cet hôtel
Pros:

Excellent le service.
Le personnel est irréprochable et très à vos soins.
Possibilité de déposer les valises avant le Check-in et aussi en Check-out ( gratuitement ) : très pratique de pouvoir faire le shopping.
Piscine atypique et peu profond/ Vue panoramique de la chambre ( magnifique de nuit ).
Le petit déjeuner a de large choix, très copieux et du personnel pour vous préparer quelques plats sur commande, les serveurs et managers vous accueillent et vous servent de suite votre demande en café ou jus de fruit ( fruits très frais ).
Emplacement très bien placé avec une passerelle menant directement vers les centres commerciaux et à proximité du métro terrestre BTS ( station ASOK ) ligne stratégique donnant accès aux centres commerciaux et restaurants ( Stations SIAM / PHLOEN CHIT / PHROM PHONG )
Nous avions été très bien prise en main par le Front Office Manager concernant une incidence sur la Suite familiale, nous avions pu avoir 3 vraies chambres individuelles au lieu de 2 chambres ( dont une chambre en 2 lits doubles ) moyennant d'un supplément tarifaire remisé.

Cons:

J'ai réservé une Suite Familiale pour 6 personnes de 130 m2 en pensant que les pièces soient dans une même espace conviviale et familiale comme un appartement ( salon et les 2 chambres ) mais désillusion totale car les pièces sont complétement séparés ( comme 2 chambres d'hôtel ), il y a juste une grande porte qui coupe le fond du couloir pour marquer une suite familiale entre 2 chambres face à face.
Les photos sont trompeuses pour la Suite Familiale car on ne voit pas que la chambre parentale avec salon se sépare de l'autre chambre.
La piscine est très atypique et très belle mais il est dommage qu'on a à la surface quelques pétales de fleurs et de feuilles mortes mais aussi un peu au fond ( pas très agréable de marcher sur quelques feuilles morts ).

Pros:

飯店位置佳走路即可到達 BTS & MRT，百貨商場就在對面，機場到飯店很容易，而且都在遮陰的地方，不怕日曬雨淋，每天的交通都靠BTS & MRT 來移動，早餐也很多元，服務態度佳且乾淨值得下次再來。

Brilliant family holiday. WOuld love to go back
Pros:

The rooms were spacious with old world charm. The staff went out of their way to make us very comfortable. The location was excellent and we spent more time that we should have at the breakfast - it was delicious with a fantastic spread!

Cons:

Very little. The entrance was a bit fussy (two levels etc).

Absolutely great hotel ! Premium Hotel ! Location next to exhibition center. Rooms are isolated from noise outside.

A well-located hotel with excellent facilities and staff.
Pros:

Great location. Handy to the MRT and BTS. Near lots of restaurants. The breakfast options were excellent and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
