Did not get breakfast? Paid for coffee and bun at Starbucks
The bathroom door was not good. Had glass inserts and was hard to open and close.
My experience at this Marriott made me question my 15 year elite membership with Marriott. I left my wallet, they refused to tell me that my wallet was left, finally found out they found it, but then they refused to send it to me even after I paid $40 to ship it and set up a pickup for it. I finally picked it up when I was in town. My wallet was missing $200 in cash. I asked the manager to call me so we could resolve the issue and they never called me back. The most disturbing part was I called guest services and they did NOTHING. I never heard from anyone and they didn’t care. I was told the hotel manager (who refused to call me be back) would be in touch and I never heard from him. Be very careful. If there is an issue, no one will care or resolve your issue.
One bottle water $6.00 it is not fare
The hotel itself was clean, modern and well appointed with a bar, snacks for purchase and a Starbucks in the lobby!
Our stay was spontaneous due to flight cancellations at Denver airport.
Check in was quick which I appreciated. I was also able to book myself and my mother on the free morning shuttle back to the airport.
I would have gave this hotel 5 stars however transport pick up at the airport to hotel was problematic (longgg wait with many other frustrated customers also waiting and calling the hotel for support) The hotel front desk staffs response was to share that she had heard the same concern expressed from others however no other remedy was offered. I would absolutely stay here again if in a similar circumstance BUT would just plan for potential difficulty with shuttle service.
Stayed here one night due to flight delays. The hotel is newly renovated, the lobby and restaurant area looks very modern and open. There is a nice M Club lounge with lots of snacks and beverages. Room was okay -- couches/benches were terribly uncomfortable, bed was a platform with one mattress. Mattress was ok, bedding was scratchy and not soft. Felt like the rooms were a little slapped together for a remodel. Overall it was a very clean and pretty quiet place to stay for one night.
I really liked this place. I have stayed at other hotels closer to the airport and this is much nicer. The room was clean and they upgraded me based on my status. The breakfast options were like other courtyards, very good. The TVs in my suite both had Netflix/internet TV which is always a positive. Wifi was fast and worked great for zoom meetings.
The only negatives - my room key stopped working one morning. I took a trip to my car and it just didn’t work when I came back. Mobile key and the physical key didn’t work. Went down to the desk and they made a new key, then that didn’t work either. So someone had to let me in my room with a master key. Luckily I was checking out soon but that was kind of a pain. And the night before there was a locksmith helping another guest, so this may be common.
Also the toilet did not flush well and made constant noise. Took about 10 minutes to flush. I was a little worried I might have to switch rooms but it sort of worked.
Stayed here after defeated airline travel day for an unplanned overnight layover and let me just say—it was such a delight that it almost made up for the hot mess at the airport. Apart from the miscommunication over their shuttle (thank God for the review here that included a photo of the correct one), the accommodations are top tier, the service all around (front desk, Derek shuttle driver, and Younas in the restaurant) were phenomenal. Thank you so very much for showing us the best of humanity in your staff. The lounge and our room are super clean and modern—impressive! This is your sign to stay here. I wish I were staying longer—this place is awesome.
I was put in this hotel by United after an airplane fail. In other words, I was tired and not in a great mood. But this hotel made everything better. From the friendly and efficient shuttle service to the extremely comfortable and quiet room, from the welcoming reception staff to the great snack selection available 24 hours, from the luxurious walk in shower to the truly mind blowing gym - this place is fantastic.
The entire hotel was clean and classy
The rooms felt spacious, modern and clean
I recently stayed three nights at the Denver Airport Marriott at Gateway Park (Sept 25–27) and had such an amazing experience. The real standout was Yecenia at the front desk — she was thoughtful, attentive, and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Her kindness and professionalism set the tone for the entire visit, and she truly elevated the stay from good to exceptional.
In addition, I loved having a Starbucks right on-site! The staff there were just as wonderful, always cheerful and quick to help, which made grabbing my morning coffee such a pleasant start to the day.
From Yecenia’s impeccable service to the friendly team across the property, I am so grateful for my stay. This hotel will be my go-to whenever I travel through Denver.
Stay was great! I hope the airport shuttle service improves. This hotel is using a 3rd party shuttle that is not marked well. It looks like a parking shuttle, and was very difficult to find amongst all the other shuttle. It took several cycles and then calling the hotel to figure out what shuttle to take to the hotel.
Upgrade from last year makes the hotel much more usable.
Donʻt understand why parking is charged when there is a huge lot. Seems petty and not good value for the cost. Bonvoy members should get free parking.
Property was clean and quiet
Great location
We loved our stay at your hotel! Were on a trip to celebrate our 55th anniversary and the staff was wonderful! The gentleman at the desk (Hass I believe) was especially helpful and gracious.
