Loved the location of the hotel. Was greeted promptly by guest services. Shea checked me in and she was very helpful familiarizing me with the property. Nice room, nice view of the lake.

We had a fantastic stay at this Marriott property! From the moment we arrived, Ishel and Wes at the front desk were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, setting the tone for a wonderful visit.

​Our room had an amazing view overlooking the lake, and taking a walk around the lake during the evening was a huge highlight. The hotel interior is beautiful, clean, and well-organized, and we especially loved spending time at the pool. The convenience of being able to walk to nearby local restaurants was another major plus.

​Overall, top-notch service and a great experience, we highly recommend staying here!

I have been to other Marriotts but the staff experience is like no other here. Kassie, Ezra, and Austin were the BEST. I travel a lot for work and have been to other hotels but they made it a lot of fun. Would highly recommend coming here and go see Indy properly. They make the best Negroni on top of all that.

Message to Mike (GM) and Amir (Director),Amir and Teriz in the concierge lounge went above and beyond during my stay. Tending to my requests during my stay and Kassandra who served us lunch from the restaurant in the lounge. They should be recognized for customer service and professionalism. Great staff and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently returned to the Marriott Indianapolis and noticed one odd change is a new $10 daily parking fee which doesn't really make sense given the large open lot and surrounding businesses with ample parking. I hope the new hotel management eliminates this practice.

Without elite status, I added lounge access for $21 a day ( it was added to the room rate). The breakfast was typically repetitive, but a good value compared with a full restaurant meal.

The property remains exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped, though proper clothing drawers in the rooms would be a welcome improvement.

The real standout is the phenomenal staff. The front desk team is incredibly helpful, lounge attendant Teriz is an absolute gem who takes wonderful care of guests and Chef Teo does a fantastic job in the kitchen.

I got the pleasure of meeting the new General Manager. While chatting with Teriz about ways to improve the lounge, he introduced himself and genuinely welcomed my feedback. More breakfast variety, cohesive evening offerings, and themed nights could make the lounge much more appealing and would warrant keeping the evening food available a little later.

Changing the lounge’s libations by simply having an attendant there in the evening who can pour and mix drinks will help. Reducing the full lobby-bar prices at a self-serve honor bar would increase the value of the lounge. For comparison, the nearby Staybridge Suites offers complimentary beer, wine, appetizers, and evening socials. A similar approach here—or even themed nights, like a Mexican-theme evening with chips, salsa, and a margarita drink special could really elevate the experience.

The new GM has me looking forward to my next stay. He's already changed the breakfast options around. His proactive attitude gives me confidence that this property is entering an exciting new chapter, and I look forward to returning to see the positive changes he brings to this classic Marriott.

Location is great since it is next to Keystone Mall. It's very clean, food is awesome and staff goes above and beyond for the guests. Nice atmosphere in restaurants and the bar. Hope to return again soon!

Had a meeting in the hotel, and the experience was amazing. I’ve stayed here before, but Dee and Sidney made it special this time. I’m a Bonvoy member, so Dee gave me a free water. Then some advice for my interview. Sidney helped my WiFi connection so I looked professional the entire time. Finally a high five after a successful interview. Helping me stay calm and relaxed before was instrumental, and I’ll come back to stay!

Sidney helped us when we were incredibly lost and was able to clearly direct us to the next event or location that we needed to get to they were able to get us the room that fit our needs tell us where everything was in the area as far as where to find and shop. We enjoyed our time and we would love to return.

Always a great experience here. Beautiful hotel, great staff - for meetings and check-in too! Nick Shoemaker took great care of me and my room is beautiful. Love the view of the lake and city skyline. Food was very good too. I definitely recommend them for a stay and for great, great service on meeting setup. They really know what they’re doing and take good care of us every time.

Really poor experience if you have elevated Marriott status and hope for special attention/service. First, the hotel website advertises an executive lounge, like many Marriott properties. Upon check in, we were told that the lounge is closed on weekends. Second, we were given a voucher for breakfast which did not cover the full breakfast buffet. Third, the bathroom sink backed up. We advised housekeeping but no one ever came to repair. The only highlight was the great service were received from Nikola in the restaurant. Overall does not meet Marriott standards

Rooms were spacious, quiet, and very clean. The staff was friendly, there was plenty of parking, and the elevators were fast. The pond and walking trail behind the hotel were a nice bonus, and guests can even fish there. Breakfast was excellent (though not complimentary). I highly recommend the omelette. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price.

A special thank you to Wes for going above and beyond during our stay. He was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely committed to resolving an issue with our room. His follow-through and outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything he did. I’d also like to thank Sydney for her kindness and assistance throughout my stay. They are both wonderful representatives of the hotel, and their exceptional hospitality made our stay even better.

Wes went above and beyone to ensure I received the room type I requested! Great experience so far, will definitely stay here again!

The location and the pool.

Spent the 4th at the Indianapolis Marriott North for a wedding…. Great hotel, great location, excellent service and Wes was the best! He helped with a couple special requests, which made my stay all the more enjoyable.

I was in Indianapolis for Volleyball tournament with my daughter. The Marriott staffs were very professional with good customer service and manners. I have been in several Marriott but this location was different. Especially Muhammed . This guy’s customer manner was exceptional, and very caring..The Lounge was very clean, Mohammed and his team consistently refilling food , drinks and snacks.
I will like to thank Mohammed and his team for the great job. If you’re in Indianapolis , advice you to stay in Marriot right in front in front of Convention Center, you will never regret.
