Marriott Indianapolis North

Had a meeting in the hotel, and the experience was amazing. I’ve stayed here before, but Dee and Sidney made it special this time. I’m a Bonvoy member, so Dee gave me a free water. Then some advice for my interview. Sidney helped my WiFi connection so I looked professional the entire time. Finally a high five after a successful interview. Helping me stay calm and relaxed before was instrumental, and I’ll come back to stay!

Sidney helped us when we were incredibly lost and was able to clearly direct us to the next event or location that we needed to get to they were able to get us the room that fit our needs tell us where everything was in the area as far as where to find and shop. We enjoyed our time and we would love to return.

Always a great experience here. Beautiful hotel, great staff - for meetings and check-in too! Nick Shoemaker took great care of me and my room is beautiful. Love the view of the lake and city skyline. Food was very good too. I definitely recommend them for a stay and for great, great service on meeting setup. They really know what they’re doing and take good care of us every time.

Really poor experience if you have elevated Marriott status and hope for special attention/service. First, the hotel website advertises an executive lounge, like many Marriott properties. Upon check in, we were told that the lounge is closed on weekends. Second, we were given a voucher for breakfast which did not cover the full breakfast buffet. Third, the bathroom sink backed up. We advised housekeeping but no one ever came to repair. The only highlight was the great service were received from Nikola in the restaurant. Overall does not meet Marriott standards

Rooms were spacious, quiet, and very clean. The staff was friendly, there was plenty of parking, and the elevators were fast. The pond and walking trail behind the hotel were a nice bonus, and guests can even fish there. Breakfast was excellent (though not complimentary). I highly recommend the omelette. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price.

A special thank you to Wes for going above and beyond during our stay. He was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely committed to resolving an issue with our room. His follow-through and outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything he did. I’d also like to thank Sydney for her kindness and assistance throughout my stay. They are both wonderful representatives of the hotel, and their exceptional hospitality made our stay even better.

Wes went above and beyone to ensure I received the room type I requested! Great experience so far, will definitely stay here again!

The location and the pool.

Spent the 4th at the Indianapolis Marriott North for a wedding…. Great hotel, great location, excellent service and Wes was the best! He helped with a couple special requests, which made my stay all the more enjoyable.

I was in Indianapolis for Volleyball tournament with my daughter. The Marriott staffs were very professional with good customer service and manners. I have been in several Marriott but this location was different. Especially Muhammed . This guy’s customer manner was exceptional, and very caring..The Lounge was very clean, Mohammed and his team consistently refilling food , drinks and snacks.
I will like to thank Mohammed and his team for the great job. If you’re in Indianapolis , advice you to stay in Marriot right in front in front of Convention Center, you will never regret.

10/10 would stay here again! loved the location to everything and the connivence! the staff was great and it was quite busy due to the sports tournaments going on and the hotel being sold out but the staff handled it well and it was very quiet on our floor!

Had to pay $8 for one piece of toast on the side. Breakfast was expensivie.
