This hotel is truly one of my favorite Marriott locations. I've stayed here multiple times, mainly because of the wonderful people I’ve met, especially Angela at the front desk, who is always so knowledgeable and genuinely kind. The excellent customer service continues with Brandy, who worked in the M Lounge and showed so much compassion and warmth. I definitely plan to return, mainly because of amazing people like Angela, Brandy, and Heather. Looking forward to visiting again at the Birmingham Marriott!tt.
Location was excellent and the golf course fabulous
I had a great experience and would stay at this Marriott again. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is spacious and clean, the room was comfortable and in tip top shape. Angela and Latia greeted me when I arrived and they were a breath of fresh air. They were attentive, kind, compassionate, and professional. I am pleased!
Marriott Birmingham provides as excellent hotel service with very suitable rooms and amenities. Mr. Deon Jones, the Front desk managers ensures every guest receives five star services.
Came back tonight and had a couple issues with access. Went to the front desk and Latia and Heather were great. Fixed my first world problems with a smile!

tv remote was inconvenient, did not work properly, I was told they would charge for parking, but desk agent waived the parking charge, so that was unexpected

Clean lobby.
Easy check in.
However, the rooms could use a deeper clean.
There were a few issues this stay, Austin with the front desk was apologetic and empathetic.
To accommodate front desk offered to move us but we were all unpacked so they gave us vouchers for breakfast.
During breakfast we met a staff member named Celeste who was warm and very helpful, she had a smile and it shined through her tone!!!!!
Its always great to have staff that can make your stay better!
Came for the pool . We had a little staycation. Woke up for breakfast and Calesa was very attentive! Had a great breakfast and even better service.
The hotel and my room overall very clean the room spacious BUT my view and a daily charge for parking and internet at the king suite rate is unacceptable. I am also a Marriott Bonvoy member.
Calesa at the bar is these best!!! My flight was delayed arrived at 1am Saturday and forgot my charger cord on the plane . She rescued me and my dead phone with a cord.
I had an excellent stay at the Birmingham Marriott and wanted to recognize Virginia in the M Lounge for her outstanding customer service.
I needed to leave the hotel very early each morning and told Virginia it would be helpful if the lounge were open earlier. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, explaining that she could open at 6:00 a.m., but everything may not be out yet.
The next morning, the lounge was open right at 6:00 a.m. with breakfast items already available, and everything else was ready shortly afterward. Her willingness to adjust her routine to better serve guests, combined with her friendly attitude, made a lasting impression.
Virginia went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, and it is employees like her who make guests want to return. Thank you to Virginia and the Birmingham Marriott team for a wonderful experience. I look forward to staying here again.

Good location. Breakfast was ok.
I had two rooms. My daughter’s room had a dirty wash cloth in shower as well as hair. Also had hair in her fruit at breakfast bar.
It was a great! Calesa was incredibly helpful and very kind.
