Marriott Birmingham Grandview

I have no complaints. The front desk team was great. They got me checked in super quick and they were all very professional throughout my stay. The overall service was great. The hotel staff did an excellent job keeping the place clean. My room was cleaned each day, and I had fresh towels daily which was unexpected, but highly appreciated.

Brandi was wonderful and very helpful! Really enjoyed my experience!!!!

Such a quiet, beautiful quaint hole in the wall. Makenzie was incredible and my salad with salmon was seriously the most delicious..

I stayed here for one night and found the experience to be very pleasant from start to finish. The staff was professional and attentive, and the room was well proportioned and clean. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant and found the food quality to be good, although the cost was a little high. The bar was nice, but quiet the night I was there, but the bartender was very professional and friendly and knew a little about the local breweries. I enjoyed the swimming pool which was well kept and a great way to unwind after a busy day. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stya here again if I return to Birmingham.

We were in room 102 at Merriot Birmingham on August 11-13. Had wonderful experience. The day we left I was in need of a band aid for my arm. Zaxy went out of her way to help me because my arm wad ozing from a procedure that left me in a mess. She was so very helpful I had to face a 3hour ride back home she fixed my arm. So very thankful to her. Angela Tolbert was very helpful on getting into the breakfast lounge becsuse we did not know if or where theounge was and if it was free. Aldo one man o the front desk said I saw you looking around did you eant to eat at the bteakfast lounge? Everyone one at yhe hotel was so nice snd observant. Thanks again for a eonderful stay. Our room had plenty of tiwels and wash rags. The room was kept nice the time we were there. I will be back and tell others of my experience.

Kudos to Brandi and Virginia in the M club. They were both exceedingly cordial, welcoming and helpful both in the evening and breakfast times. They present a wonderful face for the Marriott.

Virginia has been such a delight since the first day I arrived . I am here for work and she has really been such a joy . Always ready to help in any way always polite always smiling and just a very positive and pleasant person . Thank you !

She was attentive to my needs, friendly, and approachable throughout my visit. The Marriott was very nice and in a great location. The front desk agents Latia and Brandi were extremely patient and helpful in fixing an error I made in the reservations. They went above and beyond to insure my stay would be what I needed. Virginia in the MClub starting our day off great with good food and big smiles. I was carrying food up to my parents room and had two different staff members offer to help All the hotel staff have been very warm and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here.

I recently switched to this hotel instead of the Doubletree. I travel to Birmingham monthly and feel like prior hotels were not maintained and dirty. Cleanliness is very important to me and I find this Marriott does a good job. I also think the front desk personnel are always welcoming and have a great attitude. I had a request during my stay and worked with the front office manager- Deon Jones- and he was able to take care of it quickly. He was attentive, professional, and warm. I would recommend this hotel for business travel.

This hotel is truly one of my favorite Marriott locations. I've stayed here multiple times, mainly because of the wonderful people I’ve met, especially Angela at the front desk, who is always so knowledgeable and genuinely kind. The excellent customer service continues with Brandy, who worked in the M Lounge and showed so much compassion and warmth. I definitely plan to return, mainly because of amazing people like Angela, Brandy, and Heather. Looking forward to visiting again at the Birmingham Marriott!tt.

Location was excellent and the golf course fabulous
