Happy with our Hotel
Pros:

Hotel was nice. Quiet room with great access to different areas of Mexico City. Polanco is a great spot for restaurants, safety and shopping. Pool was a little bland but the staff was great. Good food options in the hotel and would stay again for sure. Booking thru the hotel for car service is $$$. Uber black is the way to go and cheap. Room service was always very attentive and cleaned every day.

Pleasant luxury stay in a great location
Pros:

We had an excellent stay. The service at this hotel is excellent, friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, spacious enough, and well appointed. We did not use the gym, but it seemed well equipped and cared for. We did use the pool, which was delightfully warm. Restaurants within the hotel are expensive, but there are many options within a few blocks walk. It is in a really terrific location, being a short walk from Chapultepec Park and just a couple of blocks from Lincoln Park. We would certainly return.

Excellent!
Pros:

Excellent! Great staff, polanco area is incredible, across from park, gym is great, pool area is good and lounge was closed but gave us access to hotel restaurant. Room and bed are great!
