Great room, location, service
Pillows were really comfortable. Comfortable mattress. Very clean rooms. Staff in the lounge were very friendly. Breakfast was a really good selection, fresh juices are a hit!!
Executive lounge food was very basic. Check in is not easy if you drive there. Lifts take a long time.
fantastic location. beautiful facilities. very lovely room with a beautiful view. The only complaint is that the beds are too small.
The first day we had a buffett breakfast, the staff were lovely and offered us extra etc - benedict and omelette.
The second day we had a buffet breakfast, the staff were less than friendly and didn’t offer anything extra.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows weren’t supportive.
Location with river view was great, restaurant setting was lovely and spacious, staff (front desk, restaurant, room service) are welcoming and efficient.
Our room on 22nd floor smelt damp, most likely a previous flood or water in carpet. Should dry carpet before having anyone occupy room, it deters all the hard work your staff put it to ensure the guest has a great stay.
We loved everything about our stay!!! Can't wait to do it again.........

I informed you 5 days before my departure that I need to check 1 day earlier and you said that it is totally fine and that you wouldn’t charge me, but Booking.com needed to send the request. Booking.com sent the request twice but you never replied. At the same time you kept reassuring me that I will not be charged but Booking needs to inform you. Eventually at my check out you charged me the additional night and then you informed Booking.com that you cannot help. Totally misleading from your side.
