Good but could be better
Pros:

The hotel is generally good, professional staff, views on the bridge a little overestimated, good breakfast, comfortable rooms. The organization could be improved: the concierge located at level -1 is not convenient, and he was not in, so we had to wait too long for just a basic service. Check was a bit long too.

Well located property overlooking Brisbane River
Pros:

Well located and maintained property in the heart of Brisbane close to and overlooking Brisbane River. Staff (including Elizabeth at Executive Lounge) very attentive and accomodating. Happy to return again and enjoy facilities on offer.

Sauna was not great condition. Swimming pool had no steps (only ladder to get straight in) and spa was almost empty.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff were not short of amazing. They went above and beyond as it was my friends 30th birthday. They offered us drink vouchers on the house, they had pre arranged for a bottle of champagne and cute birthday cake suprise in the room and on check out even had the chef carry our stuff down to the valet parking. Honestly, they were so friendly, and I would stay there again.

Pros:

Nice clean hotel in great location

Cons:

Paper cups for coffee at breakfast is not normal for a 5 star hotel
Big queus for check in. They should have more staff at peak times

No free parking for $300 room. Had free parking with accomodation in same area before.

Pros:

Pillows were really comfortable. Comfortable mattress. Very clean rooms. Staff in the lounge were very friendly. Breakfast was a really good selection, fresh juices are a hit!!

Cons:

Executive lounge food was very basic. Check in is not easy if you drive there. Lifts take a long time.
