Was amazing and would do again but with access to in room dinning
Pros:

Central location to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The room service menu was out of order even with having an overnight menu.

Extra Costs with Club Access
Pros:

Good location, was upgraded to an executive room with club access, good sized room with a good view of the river

Good gym and pool

Extremely disappointed with the club lounge, limited selection of drinks plus at breakfast there was an extra cost for an omelette, for the extra that you pay for the privilege for club access to be charged extra for an omelette was off putting, most hotels that offer included breakfast don’t charge extra

Will definitely consider other options in the future when visiting Brisbane

Good but could be better
Pros:

The hotel is generally good, professional staff, views on the bridge a little overestimated, good breakfast, comfortable rooms. The organization could be improved: the concierge located at level -1 is not convenient, and he was not in, so we had to wait too long for just a basic service. Check was a bit long too.
