Comfortable, Convenient, Safe
Pros:

I was traveling by myself and felt very safe. Easy to find.

Cons:

Minor, but garage height is restrictive. I have a RAV4 with a rocket box, and I could barely fit. Staff was helpful in giving me an alternative exit.

Nice place to stay in Provo with restaurant and bar, and indoor pool
Pros:

This beautiful modern hotel in downtown Provo has an attached indoor parking , a bar and a restaurant - which was great since we arrived on a Sunday afternoon when everything else was closed. The room was very clean as was the indoor pool and Sauna . The bar and restaurant service was good.

Cons:

The daily charge for parking your car, especially on the weekend seemed excessive .

Abismal on both sides - booking and Hyatt
Pros:

Didn’t even get to stay.

Cons:

Refused service for another guest complaining about us laughing too loud at our previous stay. Never notified, they blamed booking saying you all canceled the reservation, and we never got our money back and nobody told us we were going to be refused. I’ve been traveling for 20+ years and I’ve never had anything even close to this happen.

Room was a good size, clean.

Cons:

Room very stark. Incredibly boring. Chlorine smell in pool area made it almost unusable. Restaurant staff very poorly trained.

The stay was great.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. I had made a change to my reservation at booking. Com but it did not change at the hotel- they found a room for me anyway and were very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The fact that I was able to make changes on booking.com but that they did not receive those changes and my room type was no longer available.

Great location with awesome view of the mountains.

It’s okay for a Marriott of this level I expected more.
