Pros:

Our room was exchanged due to flooding in our original room as it was a wet room. Staff on reception were excellent in dealing with the matter no problems with our second room.

Pros:

The staff gave a warm welcome and was great with my little boy.

Cons:

The food and drink was expensive and after dinner my little boy and I had a bit of upset tummy.
The bathroom had hairs in the bath!

I was upset to find out that the £50 would also take a while to go back on my card after it came out immediately when paying.

Would stay again at a cheaper rate
Pros:

The reception area was brilliant and the parking facilities were good

Cons:

Our first room the air conditioning did not work. They then moved us to a 2nd room where the TV did not work. We were too tired to bother complaining again as it took 1-2 hours to successfully rectify our first complaint

Room fine but costs from the airport very high
Pros:

Friendly staff. Availability of restaurant. Close to Heathrow for early flight

Cons:

Transport costs to Heathrow. No shuttle. A taxi/ uber back was £45 , though pre booked taxi to the airport £22 , so on top of car parking charge the airport costs made this a very expensive stay compared to other local hotels that have a hopper or shuttle service

Would stay here again.
Pros:

Great location for Windsor Horse Show. Friendly staff. Very clean room. Quiet and spacious room. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Prefer coffee machine in room rather than instant coffee sachets. Had to pay for parking.
