Very cosy, friendly, polite will make comfortable for customers as much as polisy and procedures let them.

Lois and her reception partner Mar???? were exceptional and they really helped us

Cons:

The room was very very tired. The bathroom was worse. Tile grout was stained, bottom of shower screen was damaged, torn and stained or mouldy. Disappointed .
Only one dinner meal option in a noisy overcrowded bar with few options

Comfortable stay and good value
Pros:

I stayed for two nights in a double room for four people, which had two double beds. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a bath/shower, TV, fridge area, kettle with tea and coffee, and a small seating area.

It was clean and definitely did the job for what we needed. The reception area was clean and looked as pictured, and it was lovely to see the hotel hosts weddings and celebrations.

We also opted for the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, which was a nice addition. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for what we needed. I would happily stay again.

Cons:

There wasn’t much we didn’t like about our stay. If I had to mention a couple of things, the drinks fridge could have been colder.

I think the rooms could benefit from a fresh coat of lighter paint in the next year or so to brighten them up. Other than that, we were happy with the stay and felt it was good value for what we needed.

Stayed in executive suite,which came with executive lounge access free which was an unexpected bonus
Pros:

We found the accommodation to be OK,the room was clean,it was close to places to eat,we didn't really have much interaction with staff.

Cons:

My only 2 complaints are as I'm disabled and find it difficult to lift my legs,I could not have a shower as the shower was over the bath and I can only use walk in showers (I did phone in advance to highlight my disability)and the 2nd thing was room was extremely hot,the air con was apparently working as we could hear it but it was not very powerful.
