A relaxing night away with good food
Pros:

Located in beautiful countryside but so close to the NEC where we had been for the day.
Very comfortable bed!

Cons:

Our windows double glazing had “blown “,so we did not have a very clear view of the grounds.

The hotel set high expectations and failed to meet them although the staff were exemplary.
Pros:

The bed was large and comfortable.

The coffee machine in the room didn’t work.

Pros:

Staff, service was exceptional, friendliness, helpfulness, breakfast was amazing and great choice and variety. Dinner was fantastic, good value as well and staff were very helpful.

Lovely staffs. Good service
Pros:

The swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Golf course and surrounding sceneries. Absolutely gorgeous. Great breakfast with lots of variety to choose

The hotel was ok but very tired.
Pros:

The food in the restaurant was good.

Cons:

It was very tired. Our net curtain had a massive rip in it. The safe was locked & when we queried it we were told all the safes were locked & out of action. The swimming pool area was very tired & the steam room was out of order.

I would stay again, providing company are paying.
Pros:

Room furniture was a little dated and worn, painted edges that were chipped with wood showing. Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom was clean and fresh.

Cons:

Better signage for the bar/restaurant areas.

Very comfortable with friendly staff and good breakfast.
Pros:

Everything was fine. Room large and comfortable and so was the bed. Clean bathroom.

Cons:

The voile curtain in our room was ripped and I made a point of telling the reception staff, not as a complaint but so that they knew it was done before we arrived.. We were not responsible for the damage.

Beautiful hotel gorgeous location, spotlessly clean with great breakfast. Good location for events to the NEC

Stunning location. So clean. Lovely staff

Cons:

We wanted a walk in shower for my friend who cannot get into a bath. Unfortunately it had been given to another guest , apparently you have to tell them you want it , we had booked an accessible room and thought it would have one. There is only one available for the whole hotel.
