Awesome place to stay, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming.

Location
No air conditioning, large room, unable to properly open windows, fan next to useless. Catering staff not brilliant, breakfast poor, 'hot' food was cold and 'cold' food unpleasantly warm.
Crowds of very noisy guests in bar and outside.
Facilities where great along with the food and service
We were going to an NEC conference and so booked a room that could sleep three people - arrived and the sofa bed was not made up and had to request the bedding and extra towels - they came and made the bed which was lovely but also forgot to bring the extra towels - felt like we had to keep asking, certainly as we had booked a room that would accomadate 3 people
Great rooms, stayed 3 nights played both courses excellent conditions. Good spa facilities with good breakfasts,
Pre booked breakfast £15 fair value, but a £3 surcharge if you wanted to wait until the morning to decide seemed a bit petty.
Nice rooms, very comfortable bed, great golf facilities
The DBB package was a buffet evening meal which was pretty limited to Mexican style food.
The food, location and all the staff were amazing!!
Unfortunately, there isn’t any air conditioning so attending at one of the hottest times recorded in UK was a little uncomfortable. Although the staff did their best with fans in bedrooms and commercial fans in communal areas.
Pool and spa facilities
No air con
Beautiful views nice comfy beds, staff friendly, nice breakfast. Pool was great. Kid friendly!
I think each room could have been supplied with a robe. Should be told at reception that a reservation needs to be made at the restaurant if you want to get in at a reasonable time.

The prices in the hotel are crazy!
The room was lovely and the staff very welcoming. The pool was perfect as it was the hottest day of the year, so it was a relief to cool off, plus relaxing in the jacuzzi.
3 course buffet dinner was delicious with plenty to choose from, even with my food intolerances and the staff were helpful checking which dishes avoided these foods. Breakfast was fabulous with a huge range to choose from. We had a lovely stroll round the grounds before our late check-out.
Nothing really. Air conditioning would have made it perfect, but not many places have that in the UK as we don't normally get quite such hot weather!
The staff were very helpful and polite.
There were some rowdy, sexist guests in the bar.
Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet
