More variety at breakfast would have been better

Air conditioning in room had a loud alarm that went off periodically right through the night. Very aggravatign and ruined what would have been a good stay.

Clean room, good tea and coffee, gym was very comprehensive.
Fridge space door was screwed shut with a screw. No fridge, had to give away my stilton.
Beautiful building and grounds. Well furnished and decorated. Excellent breakfast. Great size bed and room ( king room). Nice toiletries in bathroom. Friendly staff.
No plug sockets by the bed for charging phone. Not enough tea, sugar and milk provided for stay.
