The staff were very helpful and the food at dinner and breakfast was good. The room was comfortable.
I would have liked the room to be serviced every day and think that for what we paid it should have been included. I have never been to another hotel that doesn’t service the rooms daily.

The breakfast was very good in a comfortable room. The room was on the small side b ut fine for one person. The staff were very helpful with a couple of issues I had. I like the setting of the hotel, off the road but easily accessible with decent carpark.
I coudn't buy what I wanted (nuts) at the bar so settled for a bag of crisps. The room was blocked somewhat by a tree very close to the window (can't remember the number) so was a little dark even in summer.
Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Space for breakfast was good as we had a dog with us. Our room was comfortable, clean and facilities were good
The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was better than a basic hotel but not luxurious. There was no background noise in the room We were able to use Netflix on the big screen TV, which was a bonus. We really liked the Forest of Bowland that we came to visit and on one wet day we greatly enjoyed the Harris in the otherwise unremarkable Preston town centre
The breakfast had a wide range of food on offer, though one or two things were unavailable on the last day of our stay. Some hot food did not benefit from sitting in warming trays
