I loved everything about the stay very clean and comfortable.
On check in day one of the workers was very rude. I had a problem my reservation I was suppose to have breakfast included 2 of my family members also had problems we didnt see the same employee but they're problem was resolved my issue went unresolved and shut down with a attitude Instead of trying to fix the problem or even look into the problem. One staff made it aware that they had been having problems with the system and they were aware that it was a problem.
Location was excellent and easy to get around the city and beaches.
The pool could’ve stayed open longer.

El hotel es algo antiguo , hay que tener cuidado porque reservé una habitación para 4 personas que era con desayuno incluido , a la hora de entregar el ticket del desayuno te dicen que solo incluye desayuno para dos , no sé si eso es asi en estados unidos , pero es una falta de respeto , debia pagar 22 dólar adicional por cada uno .
Breakfast was delicious and the pool was not crowded. Staff members were very pleasant.
The house keeper failed to vacuum the room and kept shorting us on either not enough towels or not enough rags even after getting the correct amount from her myself. The last night was crazy though. The young men next to us kept going in and out of the room non stop for most of the night and just kept letting the room door slam which it sounds like a bank vault being closed kept waking our baby up smh.

The outside pool area was my favorite spot!! I love it!! Very relaxing!!!
Lobby is so pretty, It also in a good spot, easy to turn in and parking was also available for free
The doors slammed, it doesn’t close quietly, anytime you close it, it just slams and it pretty loud, food was decent too
