Loved it so much I booked two other times during our stay in Guatemala

Management Problems
Pros:

Because I was placed on a floor with about 20 under supervised teenagers, who laughed and screamed at each other in the hallways, I was switched to another room at 11:15 at night. It took nearly an hour to be changed and the response of the employees at reception was indifference. On this same trip, I stayed at the Tikal Futura without incident and with employees who took responsibility if any issue occurred. I was deeply disappointed and was offered, at best, a tepid apology. There is a deep management and training issue at the hotel. Hospitality is really not the hotel's strong point.

Habitación muy cómoda y personal muy amable. La piscina y zona húmeda (turco y sauna) es muy buena. Está ubicado cerca al aeropuerto y ofrecen transporte gratuito al mismo

One night stay before our flight
Pros:

Close to the airport, free shuttle but it doesn’t run all night. Nice pool. We stay here on most visits. The neighborhood is not stellar so it’s really best for a jumping off place to other locations in Guatemala.
