Overpriced for one night B&B but lovely staff
Pros:

Lovely location and grounds

Cons:

I thought the room we had was very old fashioned in its decor and looked very tired. For what we paid for one night b&b I felt expensive. No air conditioning - just a fan in the room. Only one pillow each so we borrowed a cushion each from one of the lobby areas. We couldn’t charge drinks to our room. The bar staff were very friendly however and helped me out when we arrived with plates, cutlery and ice for our room as we had bought some food from M&S to eat early evening.

Disappointing as we were looking to bring a family group but left unconvinced.
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff

Cons:

It took 1hr to bring our desert after the main course. This is not a reflection on the staff... there just weren't enough of them.

Great location, needs a comfort upgrade.
Pros:

The staff are amazing - nothing is too much trouble. I was cold in the night and someone kindly brought an extra blanket to my room.

Cons:

Shower under-powered. Bed could do with a mattress topper - not particularly comfortable.

Apart from the location the hotel was poorly run.
Pros:

Location & space

Cons:

Room was small. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were like rocks. The cover on the duvet was split, which was reported immediately but the paperwork was lost & I had to report it again!Breakfast was poor & kept running out of items.

Beautiful place, definitely recommended!
Pros:

The building and premises are beautiful, clean carpets in hallways and rooms, welcoming and professional staff. The room was lovely and comfy beds. We arrived late at night and appreciated the reception desk was 24/7 and informative. Breakfast was really nice. We had asked for vegetarian sausages but unfortunately the delivery had not arrived. Despite this there was a really good selection for vegetarians and we enjoyed it all. We had a walk across the green, after breakfast, before we set off for home. it was very nice.

Cons:

it was all very nice. We asked for a quiet room but there were some inconsiderate guests in the nearby room, so no fault of the hotel.

Very good
Pros:

Compared to others around Bradford it is spectacular

Cons:

It’s a bit tired and worn, things like wall paper peeling, railings thick with paint and showing where it’s run etc

As we used this mostly for a base for our sightseeing etc, this was absolutely fine!
Pros:

All was fine. Not amazing but definitely adequate.

Cons:

Food, especially dinners in restaurant could be of better quality.
