Location! It was so peaceful & ideally placed for our needs.

The grill on the hill - amazing staff, the feather bone beef was GORGEOUS!
The doors to the room SLAMMED shut, in the morning I was awoken each day to the sounds of other guests just leaving their rooms. It was a symphony of many doors loudly banging behind each guest as they left.
The beds were super hard - my neck was stiff on the last day!
Location is great. We found the walking trails through the Golf course that lead to Tong park is a beautiful scenic walk that took us up to Baildon. Staff were polite and helpful.
Due to hosting weddings there is quite a lot of noise at times throughout the evening should an event be on. Areas are segregated for events and as a paying guests and you feel as though you shouldn’t be in certain areas. We stayed specifically prior to the weekend to avoid this and still had a wedding taking place on a Friday.
The room is a great size, the outdoor area is gorgeous, the building is beautiful, and with nice paintings in the corridor walls, and the staff are very nice.
Overall it is a fantastic place to stay, only a dropped point because the swimming pool water is not clean at the time I was there

Very comfortable. Good Gluten free options which is important as one of us is gluten free. Lovely setting by the golf course which you can go for walks on.

Breakfast was ok. Room and comfort were ok. Facilities were ok.
I am astounded that our room was not cleaned overnight and the beds weren't made. Even more that this company's policy is to only clean rooms and make beds after three days if requested. This is not advertised when booking. Appalling.
Great room , firm bed, clean , fresh towels, bedding. Fab Pool, large hot tub, sauna and steam room. Big golf course . Free parking. Good gym .

Desde hace años decidimos venir a pasar nuestras vacaciones al Reino Unido, conociendo cada verano una zona diferente.
Este año decidimos visitar la zona de Leeds, York... Y hospedarnos en el Hollins Hall Hotel: una auténtica decepción.
Reservamos desayuno y cena. La sorpresa fue que después de cenar tuvimos que pagar unos suplementos (ni siquiera entraba el agua del grifo).
Por otro lado, descubrimos que hasta la tercera noche no hay servicio de habitaciones.
Esto añadido al estado antiguo de las habitaciones (bastante antiquadas), colchones viejos, hace que la relación calidad precio esté totalmente desproporcionada.
