Very nice two night stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Facilities are very good. Staff friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

There was still food in the fridge from the previous occupants. The rest of the room was clean so this was probably just a simple mistake.

Nice hotel. Had a few days break with the kids and they loved the facilities and the rooms.

Cons:

The only issue would have been housekeeping. We left our room in the mid morning and came back around 4 pm, and the room was not cleaned.

Fantastic weekend
Pros:

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Grounds are stunning. Facilities are fantastic - used the pool, golf simulator and gold course.

Cons:

Food is expensive - £10 for 3 chicken skewers is not value for money.

Lovely stay when there’s no wedding to contend with.
Pros:

Beautiful setting next to a golf course and close to RHS Bridgewater which we were visiting.

Cons:

There was a wedding on the first night of our stay and the children were still running around at 3am! Second night was quieter despite another wedding.

Good location but the rooms are outdated.
Pros:

It’s a great location the ground are lovely it’s 10 mins from the Trafford centre. Breakfast was great too.

Cons:

We had no hot water got about 8 hours, staff very relaxed about it I was not! I don’t think it’s the first time this has happened. Rooms have had a light touch refurb but it’s very dated and the bathrooms are awful.

Lovely facilities, would definitely return.
Pros:

The facilities were amazing! The onsite restaurants, the breakfast was incredible, the staff were lovely. The grounds were beautiful.

Cons:

The rooms were very small and the room we stayed in we could hear everything from the room next door to us. There was a wedding happening whilst we stayed and there were many drunk people at all hours which made it impossible to sleep.

Cons:

Room 156 had a very loud toilet when flushed. No hot water on our first full day in the swimming area so not hot tub or shower.
