We would happily return if we were visiting the RHS Garden again
Cons:

There was no alternative to an expensive four course Carvery on Sunday evening.

We did eat a light meal at the Bar but thought the soft drinks were very expensive.

Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, made memorable by the excellent staff.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the overall property is well looked after. A special mention for the staff, who were exceptionally efficient, friendly, and always willing to help. The gym is also outstanding and one of the best hotel fitness facilities I've experienced.

Cons:

The breakfast spread was somewhat underwhelming and did not match the otherwise high standards of the hotel. While the quality was acceptable, the variety and overall offering could be enhanced to better align with the excellent experience provided in all other aspects of the property.

Cons:

Choice was a bit disappointing - limited choice of bread, pastries, no boiled eggs. Didn't see chef for fresh omelette. On first day, no Earl Gret tea bags. And on second day the sausages tasted off...

Wasn’t allowed to check in to my room till an hour and half later as Marriott systems were down, travelled up four hours arrived at 1am, payment taken from booking.com to be told by the hotel we haven’t received your booking, even though I had a confirmation email and booking reservation on the app
