Was ideal for our stay this time
Pros:

The location was excellent to our destination, used the water/ice machine!

Cons:

Nothing , we were only there for two night for a birthday party and didn’t use all the facilities, although our son did use the gym.

One night in Salford
Pros:

Location was excellent for our trip to RHS Bridgewater.

Cons:

Reception staff member didn't really seem interested in us as we arrived. He mumbled something about us having breakfast included but neglected to tell us the times or location for it. He was barely interested in telling us where our room was or the number. Fortunately he did write the number on the card. The full English was Luke warm at best and the coffee from the machine was undrinkable. Apart from that. Oh sorry forgot to mention that the bed was extremely uncomfortable.
