Very nice but please be appreciative about noise level early doors.
Pros:

Rooms were very spacious.
Staff friendly.
Location good.

Cons:

Didn’t appreciate being woken up by furniture being moved in the room above us early morning!

Fab breakfast and very lovely staff. Decor is looking a little tired and dated in rooms and beds are really hard
Pros:

The location was fab so easy to get to local attractions

Cons:

Had to park in main car park even though I was on my own with three kids under 10, one with a wheelchair. Then when left next morning noticed there were marked disabled bays outside reception but bollars were in the way but no one advised me how to access.

Superb, Quality Hotel, Surroundings and Facilities
Pros:

Surroundings Superb, Clean, Pleasant, Helpful and Polite Staff. NO Noise from Any Other Rooms. Accommodating Requests, Varied Choice of Drinks, Food and Even Vending Machines. Full Toiletries Provided in Rooms and Plenty Stock. Breakfast Times far Exceeded Other Hotel Options and Check Out Time More Than Reasonable

Cons:

Superior Room Stated Excellent Views but their Wan't and Deluxe Rooms Offered Better Views.
Slippers Provided were Very Poor Quality and Not Worth Paying Extra For. Beds were Hard but, that is Personal Choice and the Pillows were Extremely Soft and Additional Requests were Fully Met

A really enjoyable stay and the reason that i have stayed every time im anywhere close by (from north east of Scotland)
Pros:

It’s really pretty and has great facilities with super friendly staff

Cons:

Only that I couldn’t plug my phone in by the bedside anywhere. Maybe a health and safety thing to be fair but always bugs me

Luxurious yet comfortable break!
Pros:

Compared to other Marriott Hotels this was one of the best we've been to, the staff were friendly on check in, and informative. The surroundings were very secluded and the perfect place to stay for the night. The breakfast capped it off nicely, a very big spread with a great selection and good quality.

Cons:

Nothing really to complain about but if I was being picky then the decor of the rooms and bathroom and overall hotel was a little outdated. Other than that, great!

The setting and the grounds

The noisy radiator in the room
The shower over the bath
The water in the shower would not run hot I had to have a cold shower on the morning of my daughters wedding 😔
The breakfast was cold and horrible.
