Guest Reviews
Comfortable bed, spacious room in a quiet section of hotel. Good choice of breakfast food and friendly staff
Nothing to complain about
Great staff, lovely comfortable room, restaurant food was great for dinner & breakfast
The spa is in need of refurbishment
Great staff, beautiful room and stunning surroundings.
Sizeable room, nice surroundings. Staff were helpful. Bar eas nicely designed.
Bit of a queue for breakfast, which was ok but not exceptional for the price.
Location was great, good value for money
I have to travel to Maidstone for work and it's a hateful journey (M6, M40, M25 and so on) and as far as I can deduce an awful place to visit. Its only redeeming feature is this hotel which has a nice approach from the outside and it's set within pleasant grounds due to it being a golf course. The amenities are excellent and I make full use of the gym, sauna and swimming pool. All the staff are pleasant and the restaurant is excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes which are all enjoyable. I stayed during the recent heatwave and thankfully the room had aircon and the bar was serving ice cold drinks.
Unlike other trips my room overlooked the front car park which was disappointing.
We asked for adjoining rooms and they followed through
No family rooms
I enjoy my stay
I was very upset regarding my who was getting
Married to find there was no booking for herself and husband. A lot of mix up at the reception. Then then the hotel found their reservation after so many hours wondering. It was very stressful for the family
Friendly and welcoming staff.
Comfortable rooms.
Good location.
Good breakfast and bar area.
Function room in use next to rooms which was very noisy in the early evening.
Very noisey people at night in rooms and corridors.
Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, gym and pool a bonus.
