Beautiful manor in great location, large room with stunning view on the golf course

Rooms were too hot, no aircon just a fan,
Beautiful property in a lovely setting. Staff were very professional attentive and friendly. Health spa nice. Beds comfy.
Carpets feel very thin - especially on an old property with uneven floors - should use better quality underlay - makes it feel cheap underfoot. Prestige room for the price point really should have a Nespresso machine instead of dated B&B tea tray. Exterior is getting quite dilated - rotting paint peeling windows etc. shame not to upkeep this beautiful property.
The Green grass around it
The staff is embarassing (they don’t understand our requests or probably just take joke of us), old and cringe fornitures, the rooms are not properly clean and very far away from the entrance with no facilities or any connection with the World around it. Restourant close at 9 and nothing to eat after that time…

Bedroom, basic and long way from reception. Unable to get on the internet. Unable to speak to reception to resolve the issue.
The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The pool facilities were very good. The breakfast had everything we wanted. The nice touch in the room was having a mini fridge with water supplied
I didnt feel anything was missing from my stay
Loved the staff. Front of house particularly left a good impression. Spa was great. Pool was chill. Grounds were magical.
Lack of showing off of the grounds, paticularly the old trees!
My daughter stayed and loved it. The hotel staff let them stay in the spa/sauna beyond 11 as they had arrived late and it was her birthday- in contrast to the message I got from the hotel saying that would not be possible
Trying to actually speak to someone at the hotel. For this reason I am unlikely to stay with this chain again- the service on the central overseas phone line was astonishingly poor
