I accompanied my parents to check them into the hotel and was displeased to discover that the computers were not working & room key was not obtainable. However, the lady at the desk (Venita I think), was especially helpful & came up to open the door for my parents & even gave them a free tea/coffee voucher which delighted them. The room too was so lovely.
Nice spacious room, clean, friendly staff, nice food (had breakfast and dinner).
Swimming pool area not very clean. Seen people in outdoor shoes there, despite the sign saying no shoes.
It was a lovely experience, felt very welcomed and at home. Thought it was very good value for money and service was great, especially from Nic. Would stay here again👍

I was very impressed with the general cleanliness of this hotel as I come here often The staff is very friendly at all times Special mention to Venita and Julia at the desk who were cheerful and happy to hear me out Will return everytime
The hotel room was great. Air conditioning was very responsive so the hot weather did not interrupt our sleep! Breakfast was varied with a good selection available.
I would have preferred a much wider choice of evening meal options. The weather was hot and smaller size meals and more salads would be good. The additional cost of a service charge for the evening meal was added to the bill automatically.
Great location, a lot of the attractions in Swindon accessible within 15minutes of travel. Supermarket and Cinema close by. The scenic Croft Woods just in the back yard - excellent relaxing walking path.
Mr Swapnil at the reception made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - excellent hospitality from all the staff we’ve met.
Rooms are spacious and clean, but the site needs more decorations and colour (especially as the hotel is of Marriott). The view out of the room could’ve been improved as we could see a tennis courts space worth of Flat grey roofing! This could’ve been decorated a bit (even a bit of astro-turfing) to improve the view significantly.
Excellent breakfast buffet included with Genius, high quality, tasty food, with a food variety (even provided me with gluten free bread).
One of the best value for money hotels in Swindon as all the facilities you need are included - tennis court, gym, swimming pool with an added bonus of the gorgeous Croft Woods just on the back yard.

Facilities - gym and small swimming pool onsite, excellent breakfast buffet included with Genius, great location - can access a lot of the attractions near Swindon within 15 minutes of travel.
To get to the pool had to go through the lounge. More plants and decoration needed on site to improve the aesthetics of the site.
Today we used the leisure centre and was looked after by the lovely lady called Pankti, who always has a wonderful smile and jolly personality.
