Location had direct view to the Niagra Falls and was within close proximity to the restaurants.

A bit away from the main drag .... Clifton Hill.

A bucket list adventure that culminated with a delightful stay and dining experiencing.
Pros:

We had expected to have a "river view," which we thought would not include the falls. Instead, we had a wonderful view of the falls and so enjoyed watching the evening light show. I don't know if the clerk at the front desk took pity on two old ladies or not, but if she did that intentionally, many thanks.

We loved it all.

Great hotel with incredible views of the falls
Pros:

The location and views of the falls are unbeatable.
All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The spa was excellent.
The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options.

Cons:

Spa opening hours were restrictive. Would have been nice to have a 1 hour session at a lower cost.
The hotel is expensive because of the views but we would stay there again!

Pros:

View from lobby as it was natural and was not part of an mariott experience because i am sure they would have managed to screw it up very well.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good spread. Variety of options was lacking system to make people seat turn by turn for a buffet breakfast is really disappointing experience in the morning.
Parking off the site was another disaster
If you own a huge property have a good enough soace for parking for your guests or provide better valet service out of goodwill or welcome gesture to your guests. The whole experience starts with this unnecessary 70$ parking option. Rooms were not equipped with toothbrushes and toothpaste like i had to call for it in housekeeping service.
I mean you call yourself 4 star property with name Mariott but basics are not done properly
For extra water bottles guests have to go to front desk after first two bottles.
This ridiculous and very much disappointing experience overall after paying 300+ $ per night!!!!
