Super Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer auf den Horseshoe Fall. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut eingerichtet mit Dusche, separater Sprudelbadewanne und einem Sofa vor dem Fenster.
Great location, close to everything, but the best part is the falls view — it's spectacular from the room.

Parkplatz kostet extra.
Wir hatten Flussblick gebucht in der Meinung, dass damit Blick auf die Wasserfälle hat. Stimmt nicht; wir mussten vor Ort extra auszahlen für Zimmer mit Blick auf die Wasserfälle. Hier waren die Angaben bei der Buchung irreführend.
Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Spa-Bereich hält nicht, was er verspricht, war uns aber egal, weil wir ihn ohnehin nicht benutzt haben.

Property is a bit outdated but clean. Our room didn’t have cold water in the shower (!!).
My husband and I came here to celebrate our 7yr wedding anniversary. Our first time to Canada and will surely not be the last. From the time we arrived to the time we left we felt like welcomed guests and it was very much appreciated! The view was absolutely breathtaking and the entire experience made us appreciate all that this beautiful place has to offer. Thank you for such a lovely time!
Hotel is clean, quiet, and convenient.
Very long wait times for elevators. Suspect several were out of service so this may not always be the case. Requested a high floor when booking the hotel but when checking in was told you don't want a high floor because you would have to stand right at the window and look down to see the falls. The hotel is a fair distance back from the falls and this comment insults your intelligence.
