I love the location . The view was breathtaking. We found ourselves enjoying the room just for the beautiful view. Restaurant at the hotel pricey but food was excellent. Starbuck in lobby was a great way to start the day. Staff was polite and willing to help if needed.
We loved everything 💜
Fin beliggenhed og venligt personale. Hurtig og let ind- og udtjekning
Vi havde betalt ekstra for udsigt over begge vandfald.
The view was spectacular. Room and floor were very quiet.
Offsite parking was a bit of a hassle particularly given the cost of parking. Valet was no bargain either.
Mi itinerary was not clear..

The view of the superior room
The sofa was too old and dirty. The breakfast was not great and the staff expected a tip. This was my first experience seeing the staff at breakfast restaurant expecting a tip! I travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels but I have never seen this. The internet and parking were available for a fee but during booking it says they are included!
Agnes, die uns sehr freundlich das Frühstück serviert hat.
Wlan gegen Gebühr und Zimmer im 6.Stock, der eigentlich der 3. war und somit kaum Sicht auf die Fälle.

Fantastic location and the view of the falls was exceptional. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast in the dining area was very pleasant. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Der Standort
Roomservice hat nicht funktioniert und die Poolanlage war nicht sauber
We had high expectations for this hotel, but it really only offers a beautiful view. The rooms aren't very clean, and all they do is straighten the bed because they don't even make it properly, and they just put towels on it. They don't clean anything. The staff doesn't make you feel welcome; on the contrary, the reception staff seem annoyed to see people arriving. When we entered the room, we had a notice that there would be no water from midnight on Thursday the 25th until 4 am on Friday the 26th. On Friday the 26th, at 1 am, the power went out. My partner went to ask, and they told her they couldn't do anything because it was the state that cut off the power, not them. Annoyed, we left because we had paid for an expensive room only to be unable to enjoy it, and the hotel refused to take responsibility. It wasn't until 10 pm that they finally got us settled at the Hilton Hotel. We had to walk there because we waited 45 minutes standing on the sidewalk for a supposed shuttle bus. After a while, my partner went to ask about it, and they said they would call someone to pick us up, so to avoid waiting any longer, we walked. At the Hilton, they didn't put us in a room like the one we had paid for at the Marriott; they put us in the cheapest room, which didn't even have a view. However, the staff was very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome. The next day, Saturday, we went back to the Marriott because they had finally fixed the electricity problem. In short, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booking.com charged me twice as the price for my room was only 254 Canadian Ed night but I paid 1100 Canadian . This was a mistake . I will never do booking.com any more
