Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Haus.
Pros:

Der Blick vom Zimmer auf die Fälle ist sensationell.
Zimmer, Badezimmer und Betten waren sauber und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.
Ein sehr schönes Haus!
Beim Frühstücksbuffet war alles zu finden was klassisch dazugehört zu einem Start in den US.

Cons:

Die Kosten für das Parken sind mit $ 50/Tag für Selbstparker zu hoch.
Der Weg am Abend war mit 2 Kindern für uns zu lange. Aber wir waren auch schon lange auf den Beinen.

Great hotel and the incredible views
Pros:

The location is great and the view is incredible. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

I was uncomfortable being asked to leave a tip at the breakfast , the waiter just brought me the bio for zero dollars because the breakfast was included and asked me to add the tip and put the total price . I believe tipping should always be a personal choice, and I want to decide for myself if and how much I leave. Instead of expecting customers to make up the difference, please pay your employees a fair wage.

Exceptional staff and breathtaking Falls views couldn’t make up for the poor maintenance and worn condition of a hotel t
Pros:

The staff were exceptional from check-in to check-out. I booked two separate reservations with different room categories, and the front desk kindly combined them and upgraded both nights to a King Spa Room with a Falls view, which I really appreciated. The lobby was beautiful, clean, and made a great first impression. The in-room Jacuzzi was also spotless, and the made-to-order omelet station at breakfast was the highlight of the dining experience.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room did not match the quality I expect from a Marriott, especially for a stay that cost nearly $1,000. The wallpaper was peeling, the baseboards were cracked, and the furniture looked worn. The chairs were so dingy that my partner and I placed towels over them before sitting down. The bed had a noticeable sinking spot in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on during our two-night stay. The hallways also had a noticeable odor, and I even observed what appeared to be a leak in the mezzanine area. Aside from the omelet station, the breakfast buffet was underwhelming. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained, and the room was not as clean or updated as expected.

A great room with a spectacular view, but the overall experience did not justify the very high price

We received exactly the room we had requested: a high floor, a quiet location, and a direct view of Niagara Falls. The room was comfortable, peaceful, and the view was truly impressive, especially from the higher floor.

Cons:

The parking lot was quite far from the hotel, which was inconvenient. We also arrived late and were surprised that a hotel of this level did not offer room service at around 11:00 p.m., so we had to go out and look for a restaurant. The lobby was not particularly inviting, and the overall atmosphere did not feel special or luxurious enough for a hotel in this price range. At around CAD 900 per night, the value for money was poor.
