A middle of the road hotel charging too much for too little.

Great location

Cons:

Windows are old and obstruct the view. Furniture from the 1980s. Remotes not working. Lights broken. Parking costs extra when it should be included for any guest. Parking not onsite and treated as an extra money grab. Breakfast buffet is average at best.

view fantastic - hotel a little tired in some places
Pros:

WE booked a Junior Suite and when we checked in we were told there was no junior suites available - we were given what we were told was an upgrade but it had 2 queen beds instead of one KIng and also the bathroom was a shower over bath - not a walk in shower and no spa bath . The view was however incredible.

Cons:

The front desk staff need more training. Our friends checked out before us on the last morning and he gave our friends our room account to look at and then when I asked or it he said he had already given it out and was almost refusing to give me a copy - I also question GDPR on this as the account details were mine and he did not check with me if it was ok to hand out to someone else .

Pros:

Best hotel view I’ve ever had! Plenty of seating on the main level all around a great Starbucks, too. Fast walk to the falls…restaurants….etc.
