Plastic glasses in the room….makes it cheap for this type of hotel. Glass would be much better
B fast was excellent and location and view from room too good …. Basic things like wayer bottles and toiletries have to ask them and get it …
Lifts were busy all time … need to wait … basic toiletries to be provided ….
Location and staff
There was a cockroach in my parents room, and when my sister tried to go into her room, there was a random homeless person there! So gross and so weird!!!
Great location to the falls. Our room had a wonderful view of the evening fireworks. The accommodated a later check out.
Room service was extremely expensive. It cost $65 for two yogurt parfaits. It had 6 pieces of fruit. Read the fine print on the bottom about the service charges. Parking was over priced. $50 per day in the self serve lot. The bathroom needed some deep cleaning.
