Pros:

Location was a bit far from the sights but we chose this hotel for parking since we were travelling by car. Too far to walk to the old city so we took taxis.

Mehr als enttäuschend!
Pros:

Die Lage und der vorhandene Pool waren für die Buchung ausschlaggebend.

Cons:

Bei beiden Aufenthalten war der Pool jeweils "kurzfristig" ausgefallen. Ohne entsprechende Kommunikation oder Vermerk auf der Homepage.
Beim letzten Aufenthalt hatte ich voe Buchung 2x telefonisch angefragt und erhielt die Auskunft, Pool sei ok. Nachweislich war das eine falsche Auskunft, die zur Buchung führte.

Pros:

Die Lage. Dass es eine Sauna gibt. Das Frühstück

Cons:

Kein Schwimmbad obwohl es beim buchen danach ausgewählt und angezeigt wurde und Bilder enthalten waren.
Für ein Standard Business Hotel ohne Schwimmbad war der Preis um Faktor 2 zu teuer. Und die Mitarbeiter um Faktor 2 zu unfreundlich/ zu wenig hilfsbereit entgegenkommend. 2 Nächte für 700€ inkl parken und Frühstück sind für dieses Hotel zu teuer. 100€ pro Nacht plus parken plus Frühstück sind das Maximum der Wertigkeit.

Ein alter 80 iger Jahre Hotelkasten, minimal renoviert. Beige Fliesen im Bad, Flecken an Decke. Beim öffnen der Fenster hört man Ventilator. Entschieden hatte ich mich wegen Schwimmbad, was dann außer Betrieb war.

Um eine Nacht dort zu schlafen ok.

Schöne Lage am Fluss

Cons:

Das Hotel gehört grundrenoviert. Es ist auf dem Stand von 1982. Alte Bäder ohne Dusche, abgeschlagene Fliesen, schwaches Wasser aus einem Duschkopf das seine Temperatur sekündlich zwischen erfrieren und verbrühen ändert.

Fantastischer Service und Lage aber Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis Verbesserungswürdig
Pros:

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und divers aber könnte ein paar Euro günstiger sein.
Das Bett war sehr bequem.
Am besten war das Personal!!! Nur wegen der Service würden wir wieder kommen (Heidelberg)

Cons:

Das Bad war Renovierungsbedürftig.
Der Spa könnte auch ein oder 2 Whirlpool vertragen.

Nicht zu empfehlen, Stadt toll, Hotel Flop

Cons:

Abzocke , es wurden Rechnungen gestellt, die nicht erklärt wurden , man VCweiss gar nicht ob es rechtens ist was vom Konto abgebucht wird . Zimmer für die Ausstattung viel zu teuer . Personal maßlos überfordert. Nicht zu empfehlen!!! Nie wieder !!!
