I booked 2 connecting rooms, and was upgraded to a huge suite on the 17th floor. Staff were outstanding, from Concierge to Luggage handling. Only an outdoor pool, but good for kids and a small waterslide was hugely popular with the 4yr old.
There's a huge gym, a Kids club, a group of shops inside,(Clothes and accessories mainly) a Sauna and professional massage therapists. Breakfast was extremely good, and there was a special on booking breakfast at the property a day or more in advance. So it was really worth the money at the special price.
If there is a tiny gripe, it's the Shuttle bus. It doesn't start until about 12.30pm or so, and the first shuttle bus to the Hong Kong Bridge port isn't until 11.30am. Taxis, however, are relatively inexpensive and easy to utilise. Staff assisted with Taxi hire very effectively. About a 2 minute walk is The Sands Casino, with it's own shuttle bus, which complements this one, however. All casino shuttle buses can be utilised free.
Maybe a few apps on the TV (Youtube, Amazon, DIsney Plus etc) would help.

Mooi hotel dichtbij de haven. Het hotel heeft een mooi zwembad en oa een goed Vietnamees restaurant.
Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid.

Perfect hotel voor mij die voor zaken reist, omdat het geen casino heeft, maar wel een goede spa en heerlijk zwembad. Restaurants zijn top en service enorm goed en vriendelijk.

J’ai pu être surclassé car ma chambre initialement « non fumeur » sentait la cigarette. Donc notre chambre avec balcon était top !
Des bouteilles d’eau sont disponibles tous les jours gratuitement dans la chambre ainsi que du café de qualité et du thé.
La literie était très confortable. Le service client agréable. Merci également à Pacholo de nous avoir personnellement bien assisté durant notre séjour et pour ses attentions à notre égard.
La location est un peu excentré mais vous pouvez marcher ou prendre des navettes ou taxi
