Easy access off main road. Plenty of parking. Room clean with plenty of towels and comfortable beds with extra pillows. Roomy/clean fridge.
Humidity in room a bit high. AC worked just fine but 'damp' feeling. Limited tv channels.
The hot tub and pool was great. The staff was excellent and we had no concerns there.
We was suppose to have been in a smoke free room. The room smelled like it was a smoker room. The carpets were dirty and frayed in places. The floors made it feel dirty. The doors on both sides of the building was not secure and mostly propped open during our 3 day stay.

Breakfast was out of a lot of stuff, also very crowded no place to sit.
Second time we have stayed here in the past couple of months. About a 30 minute drive to Cedar Point and a great nightly rate compared to other options closer to Sandusky. Hot tub is a nice amenity and the indoor pool. Friendly staff and the breakfast in the mornings is good with a couple of hot options like sausage and eggs. Two waffle makers and a variety of other items like cereal, pastries, yogurt, and more.

The staff was super friendly & accommodating. Bed was comfortable & loved the location & how we were close to what we needed.
There were several areas of our room that did not get cleaned prior to our arrival & the breakfast was a little lackluster. The hot tub definitely needed cleaned.

Sandwiched between an Arby’s and a dollar general and across from a Tractor Supply Co. Not a particularly scenic view. Room was cramped and bathroom smelled mildewy/ musty.

Comfort of beds was not great. Room was hot. Ac did not work properly. Shower did not drain correctly.
Clean and nicely updated, carpet, paint well done, adequate breakfast.
Bath was a bit small
only perk of this property was the open parking, although the parking lot was littered with trash and cigarette butts.
location was awful, next to a questionable dollar store. food was cold at breakfast, towels were dirty/stained. no bathroom exhaust fan, linnens on the bed was dirty. air conditioner made an awfulk racket when funning. when i asked the front desk to switch rooms they told me i was "in one of the nicest rooms on property". this location needs some severe updating, and best western should be ashamed that they let this location fly their brand!
