Staff was friendly/ helpful, but hotel was musty and cramped.
Pros:

Pool was nice and clean. Close to convenient roads.

Cons:

Sandwiched between an Arby’s and a dollar general and across from a Tractor Supply Co. Not a particularly scenic view. Room was cramped and bathroom smelled mildewy/ musty.

Pros:

only perk of this property was the open parking, although the parking lot was littered with trash and cigarette butts.

Cons:

location was awful, next to a questionable dollar store. food was cold at breakfast, towels were dirty/stained. no bathroom exhaust fan, linnens on the bed was dirty. air conditioner made an awfulk racket when funning. when i asked the front desk to switch rooms they told me i was "in one of the nicest rooms on property". this location needs some severe updating, and best western should be ashamed that they let this location fly their brand!

Definitely stay here
Pros:

The staff was great, check in was fast. The pool was great too, my daughter loved it during our stay. Decent breakfast. The comfiest hotel beds and pilows too!

Cons:

The hot tub was wayyyyy too hot. Boiling hot. Wasn't sure how to turn it down. A couple noisy neighbors but nothing the hotel can do.

I had a blast …. Slept better than my own house … real talk NO Bs … comfortability next Level
Pros:

Absolutely best environment clean rooms great breakfast respectful guest … the whole vibe was just chill ,, I’m definitely apart of the Best Western family after my stay … 3 nights can’t wait to return…. I took a chance and rolled the dice and it worked out perfectly…..

Cons:

I liked everything from my room to the staff my kids loved it … location was perfect I literally can’t think of one negative thing to say I swear …. All I can think of is they need smart tv with streaming apps like YouTube Netflix etc

Place is in a good location. Pool is great. Breakfast wasn’t great.

Location was decent, pool was nice, and room was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not much there. Place has some smells in the hallways. Beds were not the greatest in terms of comfort.
