Decent sized room, great pool, just don’t expect any thing beyond that.
Pros:

The property is beautiful, tucked away from the busy Pigeon forge traffic but still close to everything.

Cons:

We were not informed that housekeeping is not daily, not a huge deal if we had known at check in we could’ve asked for how to deal with trash and towels and such. This visit was for my sons birthday, we had a little celebration cake/ice cream and presents in the room and one trash can. As a family of 6 this becomes a bit gross with no attention to trash pick up.
As a larger family we appreciate a hotel that offers breakfast, it was extremely sparse, although the kids did enjoy the waffle with a bear imprint.
Upon check out we noticed that our kid forgot water bottle (and currently in heat wave) so we called the hotel, front desk said housekeeping hadn’t been by yet (totally cool we literally had left 13 minutes ago and had just arrived at Dollywood which is how we discovered misplaced water bottle). Front desk took down information and said they would call once they did the room to see if water bottle was found. We made a short day of DW as temps reached 100 with heat index of 108, haven’t heard from hotel so we called back, it was 4:05. New front desk shift says no notes left, housekeeping gone so no idea about any lost and found items as they would keep in their area not at front desk. Asked if we could just swing by and was told no one would be able to help since no housekeeping staff on property, they would leave note and call in the morning. Called this morning and no one knows anything.

Quiet just off the parkway
Pros:

Its quiet, large rooms, and able to fit my family of 6 with ample parking and hot breakfast. And very clean

Cons:

Breakfast was the same every day, even the same fruit. After 3 days we lost interest. Also the coffee wasn't too good, it was there, but super weak.

Granddaughters trip to Pigeon Forge
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and they were there cleaning throughout the day. And Keeping clean towels at the pool area.

Cons:

Breakfast was just ok. Waffle fell apart like cake batter instead of waffle batter. Sausage patties or links every morning. No bacon.
