We go once a year and this was a last minute booking and not our normal hotel but this will now be our new choice hotel
Pros:

The property was clean the parking was a great location the staff was fantastic went above and beyond for us.

Cons:

The breakfast was probably our least favorite thing as far as options but having a kitchen made it great cause we could do things in our room.

Pools were great value and hotel was cute and pleasant. Breakfast could use little attention.
Pros:

We loved the ability to have a spacious room that our family of 6 could fit in. All the areas were clean. Loved having a kitchenette and big refrigerator. We really liked having both pools and a lazy river. The indoor pool hours being till midnight was great. It seemed like indoor pool and lazy river may have been heated. We also were pleasantly surprised with a private balcony. Location is very convenient to main strip and attractions.

Cons:

Our family agreed that the breakfast wasn’t as good as some of our other fave close hotels. Like clarion Willow River or Apple Valley Inn. The selection was not terrible just lacking a bit. I never got to make waffles for any of us even with two mornings there because it was always crowded with a line. Maybe they could setup another area at back of dining room with a few things to help with the space and morning “traffic jam”. at the other hotel breakfasts we had all the same choices plus more potatoes and bacon, flavored creamers, hot chocolate machine, etc. I was looking for some hot sauce for eggs but didn’t find that. Also some more cereal choices maybe and refilling things on demand as they empty . The little convenience store area in lobby was very overpriced. $3 for a rubber ducky or $9 for pint of ice cream seemed greedy. We would have bought things if more reasonable. Aside from that, My kids who slept on sofa bed said the springs were pretty uncomfortable.

Pros:

The property was very convenient to everything in the area. Staff was very nice as well.

Cons:

The elevator was super slow anS the water pressure in the shower was very low. But over all a great experience . We would definitely recommend / and stay again.

Friendly housekeeping and front desk staff. Did not attend breakfast, so cannot comment. The room was clean and comfortable. Safe environment. The pool was clean, and towels were stocked. Enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay, with special thanks to the night manager, who was especially helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was comfortable overall, but it did have an odd musty smell that only seemed to subside when the air conditioning was left running on a cold setting.
The only disappointment was the breakfast. Compared to several other hotels we’ve stayed at recently, the selection and overall quality left much to be desired. Improving the breakfast would make the overall guest experience much better.

It was very stressful having to take our four children downstairs to have to use the restroom repeatedly!
Pros:

We loved the lazy river. But it was a tad bit too warm..

Cons:

Our room the toilet in it stayed stopped up. We had to ask for maintenance over and over again we would wait forever and just for it to be right back stopped up. We had no shower water pressure. We couldn’t even take a shower… we told the front desk and they did nothing about these problems!!

Awesome hotel. Very clean and friendly staff!
Pros:

We liked the fact it was off the main road and extremely quiet. Had to call maintenance for a minor issue and he was the most friendly person I met while in Tennessee. He was extremely nice and happy to help us.
