I called down for shower chair was brought up to room within 10 minutes it helped so much.i think its amazing that they have those for their guests
The pool
The pool area and quietness!
The room was a lot smaller then what we were use to vs other suites we’ve stayed in. Should really think of upgrading the one bedroom suites to King sized bed.
Everything was perfect! The staff was excellent.
This hotel is PERFECT! The free breakfast is amazing with great hours, 7AM-10AM. Housekeeping daily. The pools, lazy river, & hot tub were very clean. They have maintenance checking the levels consistently to make sure they stay clean throughout the entire day. The outdoor pool is open until 10PM & the indoor pool until12AM which was a big plus for us. I stayed with my husband & our 4 boys. They are very family friendly & the front desk receptionists are extremely kind & helpful at all hours. Great location as well, 2 minutes off the main strip. Back enough to be secluded but close enough to enjoy all the features Pigeon Forge has to offer. We will definitely be back!
