Pros:

Nice room, had a full size fridge, microwave, stove top eyes, counter top ,sink,and dishwasher .good comfortable bed.clean toom.

Cons:

Pull out bed /couch mattress was nasty, and extremely uncomfortable, couch needed to be replaced . The pool was dirty ,full of grass and dead bugs everywhere.

We travel often and this place is one of our favorite.
Pros:

We love having a separate living and bedrooms. The kitchen is also a plus.
Amy at the reception desk is awesome, we love seeing her when we’re here.

Cons:

We have no problems here except maybe more washers and dryers.

Mainstay
Pros:

Convenient to The Shed and several restaurants. Easy to get in and out of parking lot and onto the road. The most helpful staff and check in was a breeze, just remember to use a card.

Cons:

Elevator is a little slower especially with a large crowd and the pool was smaller than it looked online.

Rooms Needs work.
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The rooms were beat up. Bathroom door was broke when i went back to front desk she proceeded to tell me how it was the cheapest hotel in the area and rooms were damaged. Gave me another room and told me to check it out. Was very rude. Checked next room door to bathroom worked but had no handle to slide it.

Great place to stay after after a long day of traveling.
Pros:

This is a convenient stop after a day of travel. Conveniently close to Knoxville's airport, this is a hotel for all the basics. Twin bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, dishwashing, working table, sofa, coffee table, TV and A/C. There's also access to a pool, if you want. There's also a couple of places to eat nearby, which is a plus. Overall, nice stay.

Cons:

Not much to say here. I was looking for a place to rest, and they delivered. Maybe add thicker curtains so the light doesn't come through them by night, but it wasn't something too disturbing.
