Clean, friendly, elevator, comfortable bed

Cons:

Roomm229 - Grab bar in shower is too close to towell shelf above toilet - I hit my head trying to turn on water.
The room needed some TLC - paper towel rack in kitchen was dangling from one screw, recycling was left in cupboard below sink, and there were a few places that needed paint touchup.

Disappointed in Alcoa
Pros:

The layout of the room

Cons:

We came in after check in and were told someone had gotten our room. We were asked to come back in 15 minutes. We had been traveling and that was a terrible first impression.
There was no decent breakfast food.
There were no drawers for organizing our clothes and sundries. No shelving anywhere.
The shower had no pressure.
The refrigerator froze our lettuce, carrots, peppers and cantaloupe even after multiple times changing the temp.
The couch was extremely uncomfortable. Only one chair at the counter.
The garbage disposal did not work.
Compared to the place we came from in Chattanooga, this was a total fail for us. Never coming back.

Perfect for the price!

Nice room, had a full size fridge, microwave, stove top eyes, counter top ,sink,and dishwasher .good comfortable bed.clean toom.

Cons:

Pull out bed /couch mattress was nasty, and extremely uncomfortable, couch needed to be replaced . The pool was dirty ,full of grass and dead bugs everywhere.

We travel often and this place is one of our favorite.
Pros:

We love having a separate living and bedrooms. The kitchen is also a plus.
Amy at the reception desk is awesome, we love seeing her when we’re here.

Cons:

We have no problems here except maybe more washers and dryers.

Mainstay
Pros:

Convenient to The Shed and several restaurants. Easy to get in and out of parking lot and onto the road. The most helpful staff and check in was a breeze, just remember to use a card.

Cons:

Elevator is a little slower especially with a large crowd and the pool was smaller than it looked online.

Rooms Needs work.
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The rooms were beat up. Bathroom door was broke when i went back to front desk she proceeded to tell me how it was the cheapest hotel in the area and rooms were damaged. Gave me another room and told me to check it out. Was very rude. Checked next room door to bathroom worked but had no handle to slide it.
