ちょっと不満、J A Lという名を冠している割には。
Cons:

青森駅着で、駅周辺探しても見つからず、案内所で教えてもらい歩き始めたが、行けども行けども行きつかず、遠くて大変だった。
また、フロントで食事どころを尋ねたが、あまりパッとしたところでは無かった。
朝食をたずねたら、付近のホテルでとってください・・・という案内だけ。
他のホテル2件　朝食を摂れるか尋ね歩き回ったが、当然ながら宿泊客のみと断られた。
案内が、ちょっと無責任。表現が適切で
無い。

喫煙者はゲストでは無いのかな（笑）
Pros:

高級感がありましたね。

Cons:

きちんとした喫煙所があれば…。
駐車場の入り口に古い灰皿がひとつ。
普段から喫煙者肩身が狭いのに余計に辛い感じかな…。

훌륭한 호텔
Pros:

리노베이션된 객실이라 무척 정갈하고 쾌적했습니다. 특히 조식은 나무랄 수 없을 정도로 훌륭했습니다.

Cons:

개선 할 수 없는 사항이지만 욕실이 조금 컸으면 하는 바람입니다.

一般商務客房
Cons:

飯店蠻有年代感，check in櫃檯人員只完成手續，完全沒有打掃或介紹資訊。最後退房以為拿到收據，回台灣看才發現是停車費？？我們根本就沒開車，而且第一天櫃檯問就已經回答沒有開車，結果收了一天600兩天1200日幣，小不爽
