飯店蠻有年代感，check in櫃檯人員只完成手續，完全沒有打掃或介紹資訊。最後退房以為拿到收據，回台灣看才發現是停車費？？我們根本就沒開車，而且第一天櫃檯問就已經回答沒有開車，結果收了一天600兩天1200日幣，小不爽

Pros:

The only upside is the location, but there are plenty other hotels in the same area.

Cons:

The staff were unhelpful. We checked in barely after 4 and asked to be in a room where the bed was against the left side instead of the right. Hotels are designed in mirror images, so this is NOT imposible to accommodate and every other hotel in our travels have made the change. However, we were told it was impossible since all rooms were occupied. This is a lie. What they should have said is that they had already pre-assigned rooms and their policies and procedures are so dated that they will not accommodate flexibility, because they don’t want to - not because they can’t. People continued to check in all the way until 10 PM, when we came back from dinner. Face the fact that you don’t want to make a change instead of lying. That shows poor service, poor standards and poor management.
JAL as an airline is a great company, as a hotel, not so much. Boomer company with boomer furnishings, and boomer policies and procedures. Just dated all around. The entire room felt old and dated, with scuff marks everywhere. Needs an upgrade urgently.

L’hotel si trova in ottima posizione per visitare la città, è vicino a tutte le attrazioni e alla stazione. Lo staff molto gentile e premuroso anche se non parla inglese.

如果是要參加睡魔祭，建議一年前就要預訂😆
Pros:

早餐非常好吃。供餐區並不大，但是食物多樣性高又好吃。我平常並不是喜歡吃 buffet 形式早餐的，但是這家的早餐的確很不錯。地點非常好，離車站、海邊以及最熱鬧的大街都很近。員工態度也很好，有年紀的資深員工提供很日式的服務方式。房間格局很方正，所以看似面積不大，卻能很容易地放對開的行李箱。
