Lounge im 11. Stock sehr schön. Mehrere Restaurants offen bis 22.30 Uhr. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr komfortabel mit Shuttle Bus zu den Terminals alle 30 min.

Hotel’s customer service staff was so kind in a time of need!
Pros:

Near to the airport and offered a free prompt shuttle to and from airport. Room was spacious and clean with easy access to the elevator and breakfast and pool. Also having the small convenience store near the lobby was a plus.

I also want to express my sincere thanks to the customer service manager and staff for helping me get to a pharmacy for medication!!! I got quite sick at the beginning of my stay and felt terrible. They were so kind.

Cons:

The pool hours were too limited.

Great hotel if you want to stay near the airport.
Pros:

Close to the airport. Very spacious and comfortable. Has a Lawson inside. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

Not many nearby restaurants

Pros:

Near the hotel and the shuttle was helpful

Cons:

Breakfast was not nice. Also staff seemed quite miserable. Last year we stayed at grand Nikko odaiba and the staff were not happy there either. Not common experience for Japan. The bathroom was also not that nice.

Breakfast is nice

Cons:

Washing machines and dryers are a disappointment- quite a number of them is not working. The staff is very helpful in helping us with the laundry issues.

Convenient location.
Pros:

Convenient location for early flights out of Narita. Stayed here several times. Found staff always exceedingly polite and helpful. Shuttle bus service is excellent.
