空港からの無料シャトルバスは助かりました。スタッフに方が皆さん大変ご丁寧でさすがだなと感じました。

Cons:

本館の古いお部屋に泊まったので(お値段はその分お手頃でしたが)年季が入っていました。リニューアル後に期待しています♪

We’ve used the hotel last few times. Very convenient for us.
Pros:

Liked the shuttle services. We had some time before our flight, we got to visit Narita-san.
