とにかく便利な場所。クラシックな素晴らしい接客。
Pros:

ロケーションは申し分ない。地下鉄や西鉄駅にも近く、バス停もすぐ。
部屋からの眺めも良かったし、老舗ホテルならではの丁寧な接客も素晴らしかった。

Cons:

最初に案内された部屋がタバコ臭くて変えて貰った。
ところが、別の部屋も常にではないが、時折煙草の匂いが漂った。
古いホテルなので、部屋に染み着いた匂いが蘇るのか、それともエアコンのダクトを通じて匂いが侵入するのか不明だが、調査して対処して欲しい。

好きなホテルを取れてよかった！
Pros:

建物も設備も客室も古いですが、かつての時代の優雅さが漂う感じがとても心地よかったです。ホテルマンらしいスマートさと美しさをもたれた皆様の接客と佇まい。佳い意味での懐かしさ。嬉しく思いました。　チェックアウト後、大濠公園の市立美術館のレストランに立ち寄ったのですが、接客や雰囲気の気配の違いにン？と思いながら料理をオーダー、口にして美味しかったので、メニューやナフキンを見たら、こちらもニューオータニさんでした。ニューオータニさんのお料理は宴会などでも美味しいと評判ですが，こちらも美味でした。
今回の宿泊はとてもお安く取らせていただきましたが，きちんとしたホテルさんでありながらも気軽な価格のプランは大変嬉しいです。場所もよいですし。。トリプルにも対応していだだきありがとうございました。

다 좋은데 호텔에서 냄새가 납니다. 복도에서 곰팡이 냄새 나고 객실에서 담배 쩐내가 나서 머리가 아팠어요.

Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally well maintained despite its age, making it both charming and comfortable. Its location is fantastic, right in the heart of Hakata, with major shopping malls and popular attractions just a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride away. It was a very convenient base for exploring the area, and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

When we first visited Hakata, it was raining, so we couldn't explore downtown on our first day. Because of the weather, we didn't get to see much of the area.
