たまにいいホテル泊まるとやっぱりいいなぁ～と思いますまた泊まりたい
Pros:

レンタカーで荷物を置きに行った際に、ホテル前駐車場に停めさせていただきました
駐車場案内の方が親切に場所を指示していただきました
いいホテル、豪華なホテルと思います
スタッフも気配りしてくれます
3時過ぎていたのでフロントでチェックインも出来、ポーターの方に部屋まで荷物を運んでいただくサービスにも満足しています

トリプルルームも広く、バスルームも大きくて何よりバスタブがこれまでの中で一番大きかった
170ちょいの身長で足をまっすぐに出来てゆとりがありました
製氷機は各階に、電子レンジが5階にあるのが良かったです

Cons:

電子レンジが5階にあるのですが、フロントに確認してわかったため、
わかりやすく案内に記入して欲しいと思います

工作人員都非常體貼，而且都樂於幫忙解決問題，最後我們臨時要叫一輛大車去機場也都幫我們處理得很好。 真的非常謝謝櫃檯的工作人員以及幫我們服務的先生。

Cons:

La gestion du petit déjeuner était catastrophique. L'attente était longue, le buffet n'était pas suffisamment garni, l'accueil du personnel désagréable. Il fallait prévenir les clients si l'hôtel a des difficultés à servir les petits déjeuner comme il se doit pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles et rembourser le prix du petit déjeuner. Nous aurions pu prendre un petit déjeuner chez Convinience store d'à côté, 10 fois moins cher. La nuite était JPY46300. Cela a gâché notre séjour .
