Pros:

The locations is excellent. The lobby is nice, if a bit dated. The laundry facility is great.

Cons:

They DO NOT allow check in before 2pm. I did not want my room, I just wanted to get through the formalities...but no...so there is a LONG LINE at 2 for everyone to check in all at the same time. Absurd. Never saw this before in a hotel. The room was very basic. 1970s style.

Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally well maintained despite its age, making it both charming and comfortable. Its location is fantastic, right in the heart of Hakata, with major shopping malls and popular attractions just a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride away. It was a very convenient base for exploring the area, and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

When we first visited Hakata, it was raining, so we couldn't explore downtown on our first day. Because of the weather, we didn't get to see much of the area.

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area, with several shopping malls and other attractions within about a 10-minute walk. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Although the property is a bit older, it has been well cared for, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay

Cons:

One downside of our stay was that we couldn't satisfy our food cravings because it was raining, so we weren't able to go out and explore the nearby restaurants or ramen shops. The breakfast served at the hotel was just average—it was decent, but not something we particularly looked forward to each morning. The hotel is also a bit pricy.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was exactly as described, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The staffs and customer services were outstanding—very responsive, attentive, and always quick to assist whenever we had any questions or requests. Their helpfulness and excellent communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Location is great, just right in front of the station and walking distance to famous market and restaurants.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a fantastic host. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
