現実逃避が出来ました。
Pros:

お風呂がゆっくり入れ水圧も良かった。チェックアウトが１２時なのでゆっくり過ごせた。

Cons:

車椅子使用の年寄りがいたのでお風呂に行くのに車椅子が無理だったのでちょっと大変でした。

スタッフさんの対応や施設の雰囲気は良かったのですが
Pros:

お部屋の雰囲気とスタッフさんの姿勢やサービスに満足しました。あと大浴場も概ね良かったと思います。

Cons:

掃除が行き届いてなかったこと。冷蔵庫に前のお客様の飲み物が入ったままでしたし、エレベーターにタバコの吸殻があったりしました。また部屋着がワンサイズしか無かったこと。子供用の分も有れば良かったかなと思いました。大浴場については、ぜひ朝風呂を導入して頂きたいです。人によっては朝の温泉が好きな方もいらっしゃると思います。

あと、これは私個人が感じたことですが、動線の確保が甘い気がしました。チェックインで待ってる時にインを済まされた方が並んでる列の横から歩いてきて思うように通れずイライラされていました。朝食の時も通路の幅が狭いせいか、人が増えるとぶつかりそうになったり、料理名の表記が間違っていたりしてました。

Pros:

Die Lage gleich bei der Kōbe Station ist hervorragend. Zugang zum Hotel via Passage Center Harbourland ist sehr bequem. Umgebung top. Zimmer war gross, Einrichtung modern und stilvoll. Personal sehr aufmerksam, kompetent und freundlich.

朝食がとてもおいしかった。
チェックイン前に手荷物を預けて観光に行っていたら、チェックイン時には部屋まで運んでくれていた。

Cons:

景色が見えなかった。部屋内がベッドでいっぱいいっぱいで、洗面室や浴室に行く際少し不便に感じた。

一人で泊まるなら、もっと価格の安い他所を探せば良かった。
