Warten mit Buchung, bis Renovierungen zu einem heutigen Standard für ein DELTA Hotel abgeschlossen.

Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts (SO bis DO) gab es ab Montag früh 7:00 Baulärm in nächstgelegenen Zimmern, anscheinend längst fällige Renovierung der in die Jahre gekommenen "plüschigen" mit Teppichböden ausgelegten Superiorzimmer im 5 Stock, die teurer waren!. Nach Reklamation begann der Lärm an den folgenden Tagen etwas später, 7:30, im 6. Stock oder etwas weiter weg, war aber immer noch unüberhörbar. Hätten wir das gewusst, wären wir nicht in diesem Hotel abgestiegen... dazu kam, dass am hoteleigenen Strand ab Montag auch Bauarbeiten mit Bagger usw. gearbeitet wurde!

Excellent choice. Great service and accommodations - amazing view.
Pros:

Excellent hotel choice. Great staff - helpful, friendly, professional. They really went out of their way to recommend appropriate tours ( I have physical limitations). Location worked out for us and there were plenty of restaurants nearby with excellent food and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Great hotel stay in Sicily
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for a week in August 25 as a family of 4. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We had a sea view room and the view both day and night was stunning. Facilities were clean and well kept and the housekeeping team were very attentive.
The pool and private beach were perfect and we enjoyed a number of days using these facilities.
Breakfast each day was great and it was very convenient to be able to take away in a container as a few of the days we hit the road early to do some sight seeing.
There is nearby hotel parking for a fee within walking distance, which we used all week and there was always space available.
We had a view of Mt Etna from the hotel which was awesome and we did a day trip up there to see it up close 🌋 the location of this hotel is great for trips to Palermo, Taormina, Agrigento I would highly recommend and would stay here again

Pros:

Je suis client de cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années et c’est la première fois que je constate une telle situation.
Les personnes actuellement responsables ne sont malheureusement pas à la hauteur de l’établissement qu’elles dirigent. Je suis moi-même hôtelier et je n’ai pas pour habitude de critiquer gratuitement. Toutefois, je me dois de relever un manque évident de respect envers la clientèle.
La qualité de l’accueil et du service ne correspond plus au standing que l’on est en droit d’attendre de cet hôtel. Si la direction continue dans cette voie, elle risque malheureusement de perdre des clients fidèles qui fréquentent l’établissement depuis de nombreuses années.

Plajın önünde olması güzeldi. Kahvaltısı da çeşitliydi fakat kahvaltıda istediğiniz bir şeyin standardı yoktu.

Cons:

Odamız kötüydü balkonu kapalıydı ve camlar da silinmemişti kirliydi. Plajda çalışma vardı kumları kullanamadık.

Exceeding expectations.
Pros:

What a lovely place. Right on the beach. Beautiful views over the sea from the pool, breakfast area, reastaurant and from the room terrasse. Great pool and pool area. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Exceeding expectations. Large breakfast selection of local fruits, sweets, beat, custom made omelets and a lot more.

Neiesakām - cena neatbilst kvalitātei!

Tikai viena no recepcijas darbiniecēm bija laipna un pretīm nākoša - paldies viņai par to! Brokastu klāsts labs, viesnīcas novietojums patālu no centra, bet labs.

Cons:

Mēs bijām ļoti nepatīkami pasteigti, kad 4 vietīgā numurā ieraudzījām 2 blakus novietotas divguļamās gultas, kur pa vidu pat iziet cauri nevarēja. Numuriņā, kas domāts 4 bija tikai 2 glāzes, 2 krūzes, 2 krēsli - radās priekšstats, ka 2 vietīgā numurā ir vienkārši ielikta otra gulta. Mums vispār radās jautājums - kā un kam ir domāta šāda numuriņa koncepcija - ja norādam, ka būšim 4 pieauguši cilvēki?? Gultas neatbilst 2 vietīgai gultai pieaugušajiem. Konstatējām, ka numuriņā ir blusas!! Jo visa numuriņa grīda un gaiteņi ir paklājos, kuri netika pietiekami tīrīti - dienā kad ieradāmies tur mētājās zobu bakstāmie, kad pēc 2 naktīm devāmies prom - tie tur joprojām mētājās. Mūsu numuriņam bija iestiklots balkons, kuram nevērās logs vaļā, tikai pēc divreizējas teikšanas atnāca personāls un salaboja, citādāk mums vispār numuriņā nebūtu gaisa, jo kondicionieris praktiski nedarbojās. Tikai viena no recepcijas darbiniecēm bija laipna un pretīm nākoša - paldies viņai par to! Pie baseina vispār bija nonsens - mēs paņemam dvieļus un noliekam uz guļamkrēsliem, dodamies pārģērbties peldkostīmus, kad atnākam, tur jau guļ citi cilvēki, baseina darbinieks - atnes mums citus guļamkrēslus, kurus nemaz nevar nolaist līdzeni guļus, un nevar sagādāt saules sargu, līdz ar to 4 cilvēki grozāmies ap vienu saulessargu, lai neapdegtu saulē! Kad atnāca otrs baseina darbinieks, tas bija laipnāks un mēģināja risināt situāciju. Viesnīcas brokastīs - pusstundu bija jāgaida, kad pienāks oficiants, kuram var pasūtīt kafiju. Šo viesnīcu neiesakām - šī bija visdārgākā vieta, kur palikām Sicīlijas 10 dienu ceļojuma laikā un vissliktākā, pilnīgi neatbilst cenai, kas tiek prasīta par numuriņu

Perfect for us you want pool, beach, restaurant all on one spot.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location and facilities (pool, restaurant in house, restaurants across the street, proximity of a bus stop (super bus system there !). Rooms oldish but clean, no smell.

Cons:

The beach has been ravaged by storm Harris January 2026. Mid May, no waiter by the poolside (which was fine, just order inside).
